Great location and stay,

  • 4 of 5

The property was neat, clean, and provided everything my family needed. I have twin 1 year olds and the house was perfect for them. The small walk to the beach was the perfect distance. Would recommend this place to anyone.

The location near Bean Point was appreciated. We loved your house and Anna Maria Is. we are concerned to see the smaller cottages being bought up , torn down, and a huge 2 story replacing it. This is destroying the character of your Island.

Back Again- Love this place!

  • 5 of 5

Another carefree trip to AMI and Ballyhoo. True-only need your bathing suit and toothbrush. Capt Ed provides everything else. Perfect location for trips to the beach and to all that's on Pine Avenue. Some places to try...Poppo's, feast, Eat Here and Ginny's. And always to the beach for sunset.

Laid back comfort!

  • 5 of 5

My family loved the house! It was all we needed to enjoy our trip to AMI, nothing too extravagant, fancy, or uptight. The bikes were probably our favorite amenity. We either rode bikes or walked everywhere we went (except the quick trip to Publix). The northern location of the house provided an appreciated quietness. There were sidewalks that made morning runs easy, as well as many breathtaking views. Captain Ed checked on us daily, he truly made us feel welcome. One last note- be sure to visit Rod & Reel Pier, it is less than a 5 minute walk and the food was amazing!

Just as described

  • 4 of 5

Super friendly host. Great location. Cute little house with comfortable beds. You will need to bring beach chairs if you want the reclining type. Found an umbrella but I was more for a patio table not your typical screw in to the sand type. The charcoal grill is very small like a table top size that could only cook 4 burgers at a time.
