About this property

Clear and airy house on the edge of the dunes, recommended to ocean lovers (small footpath right in front of the house to go up to the beach).
Only 10 minutes walk away, you can also reach 'the Bassin', the other side of the peninsula, which offers much calmer waters. It is ideal to learn sailing, windsurfing or to go fishing.
The house sits in a garden spilt on two levels, where it is possible to park the car. At the back, there is a nice decking area in exotic wood, surrounded by flowers and plants: the perfect spot to enjoy your meals or sunbathing. One wing of the living-room is equipped with a double sofa bed, so it can be used as either a drawing-room or a spare bedroom when the door in closed.

We had an amazing 2 weeks in the beautiful Cap Ferret. Dominique's villa is wonderful.

Very well equipped villa. Lovely private deck and garden areas for both sun and shade. A nice walk to the market, town and ferry.

Pretty, stylish and quaint with a great welcome

We loved staying at Dominique's house. Everywhere is walkable, and the house is well-equipped with all you need. The décor mixes old and new - the large living / dining room at the back of the house is light and spacious, the bedrooms at the front are in the older part of the house. We spent lots of time on the terrace at the back of the property which is secluded by trees and gets the sun. We could hear a bit of noise from the neighbours on both sides most days (during the day) and it is on one of the main roads, so it wasn't as quiet as staying in the 44 hectares where large vehicles can't pass. But in all honesty, a bit of noise didn't detract from our enjoyment and relaxation - at nights it was quiet, so we slept soundly. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable and there's lots of storage and coat hangers - it's a very comfortable house. Everything was spotlessly clean too. We loved the fresh flowers and cold drinks which the owner Dominique had left as a welcome. We also loved cooking on the plancha, and being able to walk to the beach so easily. We would gladly return and would recommend this this lovely little house for a holiday in Cap Ferret.

Une semaine idéale

Merci à Dominique pour son accueil et ses attentions. Nous avons passé une semaine dans une villa ou le repos règne. La villa est idéalement placée a côté du phare et a quelques pas des plages océanes. Le petit casino est aussi a quelques pas de la maison. Concernant la maison tout y est, le confort du lit aussi pour bien se reposer et le magnifique salon ainsi que sa sublime terrasse entourée de végétation le cadre est tellement reposant. Nous reviendrons c’est sûr car nous nous sommes senti comme chez nous. A bientôt Dominique 🙏👍😘

Une belle semaine au coeur du cap Ferret

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans la charmante maison de Dominique, située tout près du Phare et de l'océan. Très sympatique et attentionné accueil, piece principale et terrasse dans la verdure vraiment agréables, meme si le soleil n est pas au RV ! Cuisine moderne, très bien équipée et deux chambres confortables... bref, parfait pour une famille. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
