Favorite place in Stanley
We had an amazing stay (again) on this property...the location is the best! We love the creek in the back for fishing, floating, and playing...and the view from the front is stunning. House had everything we needed and host was amazing . Hope we can stay here for years to come!

Property is not what is represented on VRBO
The loft where we stayed was comfortable and nice, but it was not the property represented on the VRBO website. This needs to be changed as we were expecting something different from the pictures we saw on the website and description of amenities. For example, the amenities list stated a washer and dryer would be available, but these were not present. We were counting on being able to do laundry.

A magical experience.
The perfect accommodation for a first-time visit to the Dark Sky Reserve. A very cozy, clean, and romantic space - well appointed with everything we needed. Centrally located enough to explore the area, yet tucked away for a feeling of privacy. Belle, the resident Aussie Shepard, was a sweet added touch. Will definitely return! Thanks for the memories!

We loved Stanley!
Great spot that was cozy and warm when we arrived. Jocelyn and Doug were very accommodating and made the apartment easy to access. The views in the morning from the studios big windows are almost worth it alone. Stanley is such a cool little town. I wish we could have planned our trip in September to take advantage of the other restaurants in town since many of them are only open in the spring/summer. We hope to be back in this part of Idaho in the future!

Family of four (plus a crazy dog). We love all four seasons in the Sawtooth Mountains!

Why they chose this property

Our home is located in town but just enough outside to enjoy the peace and quiet...just a 3 block walk. Easy access to library, clinic, restaurants, shopping and a few bars. There is live music frequently in the summer. Easy access to hiking trails and many lakes.

What makes this property unique

Amazing Sawtooth views and is located on Valley Creek. Fish right from the backyard.
Large, comfortable and sunny and has all amenities needed to disconnect and reconnect.
Enjoy lovely warm days and cool nights in our wonderful log home.
