3 Bedroom, 2 Full Baths All Newly Renovated and New Salt Water Pool.. Oceanviews

Ocean view 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with new salt water pool. Beach is only 250 feet from our private home located on a beautifully landscaped property. No busy streets to cross to get to the beach when you stay with us; ocean side of A1A Beach blvd. Off street parking for 4 vehicles.

Recently renovated inside and out with all new furnishings. First floor features large master bedroom with king bed, full bathroom, family/game room, washer/dryer and patio doors to large new paver patio around new salt water pool. Free wireless internet.

Second floor features beautiful new kitchen with gas range and counter seating for six. Kitchen flows into living area which has 2 large sliding doors to spacious outdoor deck with ocean views. Two bedrooms on second floor are; 1 queen and another bedroom with 2 twin beds. Full bath on second floor.

House is 1,450 s/f, plus 450 feet of outdoor decks and 700 s/f of patios.

Normally, there is a seven night minimum rental. However, in some months a 3 night rental is possible. Please keep in mind that our 7 night weeks are from 4 pm Saturday to 10 am Saturday so any 3 night rental could be for example Tuesday-Friday, but not Friday-Monday as that takes up 2 rental weeks.

This is a very desirable street that is quiet and relaxing.

Why Rich & Lauren chose Saint Augustine Beach

Light and bright describes the decor of this home that provides an uplifting experience that will enhance each day. The ocean views from the spacious upstairs deck are wonderful and the home is set back on the property which provides a large front lawn. The rear lawn is all fenced providing a convenient spot for children to play. No busy streets to cross to reach the beach from our home as we are located ocean side of A1A Beach Blvd.

What makes this house unique

The new L shaped saltwater pool wraps around the first floor patio creating an oasis for both fun and relaxation. The lush landscaping of tropical flowers and palms enhances the tranquil setting. Gentle breezes abound from the ocean and the sound of the waves relaxing.

This home is great is so many ways . . . the house is centrally located to local restaurants offering great local fare, surf shops, and a quaint coffee shop and not to mention only 3 homes from the beach.. The deck off the 2nd floor off this beach house offers beach views and amazing beach breezes.

The pool is beautiful and offers truly wonderful relaxation after a day at the beach. The home was very clean, welcoming and the owners were very accommodating! Another nice feature of this home is the location of the master bedroom - it is downstairs offering a nice sanctuary for parents, the room is beautiful and so comfortable!

My kids, 19 yrs and 14 yrs were in absolute heaven the entire week - we will be back!!

Lovely Family Home

We had a wonderful time in this Home away from Home. Updated. Clean. Well-appointed. All the details covered. The owners are really great. The pool is so refreshing after a short walk to and from the beach. The location is private and also on a quiet street. Great kitchen. We normally travel with a large family group, and this time decided to only stay with our immediate family in a smaller home. This one was everything we wanted for our family of 5.

Great location

All of us enjoyed our time at this cozy, comfortable home. Very close to the lovely beach and a quiet neighborhood. All the beds were comfortable. Owners were very responsive to the one problem that came up. Thanks for a great time!

Great holiday visit

We stayed at the property during Thanksgiving week and had a great holiday visit with local family members! Five of us with two small children - house set up and accommodations worked perfectly! We used the pool heater and it was great. Pool toys and even chairs for beach. Thank you for your hospitality.

Quaint House near Beach

Location was great! Right at the beach, which was locals only and very secluded. We had a car, so trips to downtown were an easy 15min. The house was perfect for our girls weekend. There were four of us, but it could have slept 2 more comfortably. The living area isn’t as big as expected, but fit us four well might have been a little crammed with 6 people. Outside seating was NOT a problem. There are so many tables and chairs that it was super convenient. Plus, we spent most our time outside anyway either on the decks or in the pool.

The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. No loud parties. Also, the hosts were readily available to assist with any requests. I’d definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

The Perfect Getaway

This property was exactly the way it was presented on the homeaway site. It was clean, beautifully decorated, plenty of room, great location, quiet and near the beach and the pool area was a great bonus. I would rent this home again, check-in and check-out were extremely smooth and the assistant Destin was so accommodating and pleasant. Thank you again for providing a retreat for our family to recharge, it was awesome!!!

Another perfect beach vacation at Rich & Lauren's house

This was our 2nd year staying at Rich & Lauren's house and we still loved it. The pool is truly amazing. Our Granddaughter also loved the pool. The house is just as perfect as the pool. There is so much indoor/outdoor living you can't decide where you want to relax. We felt at home from the moment we walked through the doors. We were only a few houses from the beach, so just a short walk and we were on the sandy beach for a morning walk. The house is located on a dead-end street with very little traffic. St. Augustine is only a few short miles away for any day trips. There are so many amazing restaurants in the area that you can either drive to or walk to. This is truly the best house on the beach!

There is a heater for the pool which is available at $10 per day. It makes it nice in the spring/fall/winter and we just pass along the cost to heat it. Our house is located on a quiet neighborhood street. It is not a party house. There is a maximum of 12 people and four cars allowed on the property at any given time. Street parking is not permitted. Minimum Age of Primary Renter: 25. No smoking allowed.
