We had 8 people, 6 of which were females from granddaughter to grandmother which meant 2 bathrooms were essential and upon arrival learned there was only ONE. After some tense moments the problem was solved when Daniel the owner said we could use the toilet and shower next door in an unrented Apartment. The English description clearly said 2 bathrooms, and turning to the French description it clearly said 1 bathroom but as we are English speakers, we did not read the French in our search, so something lost in the original translation. Daniel says he is now adding a second bath and shower which will solve that issue.
The very positives of this property is its location near the train station(5 -10 min walk), very helpful owner, and lots of room for a group like ours of 8, and private parking in back of the unit.
The less positives are the lack of headroom on the second floor, anyone over 6 foot or 1.8meters will not be able to stand up straight and lack of AC as it was nearly 90 F when we were there. We ate out most of the time but the kitchen is OK, fridge needed a defrost, not a lot of cooking pots/pans and no dishwasher for anyone used to one. Unit is on first floor so luggage has to be carried up two flights of stairs which could be a problem for seniors. Americans may have an issue with the lack of top sheets on the beds, just a duvet as never sure how often they are cleaned and was so hot we did not really use. Only one rather thin towel was provided per person for our stay which is not really enough
Apartment is right on the street but street noise not too bad at night but will definitely wake one up in the morning.
Anyone visiting Europe for the first time might have a issue with the smaller showers, lack of washcloths and face towels, and bathroom odors not found in US.
So, all in all it got the job done for us and we had a good experience in Paris and Versailles based in this unit in St Cyr. Really liked the attitude of Daniel as he is really trying to make the stay pleasant and open to suggestions. He speaks about much English as we did French so it was not a problem and he always answers his phone when we called. He sister lives in LA near Santa Monica. I could not pronounce his last name as it is of Russian origin so always called him Daniel which is not always proper in Europe. Decent location near basic eating amenities. Easy walk to train. Owner is very responsive to all of our questions.
Daniel was a very helpful and responsive host. He was friendly, gave us tips about the neighborhood, and was professional in pre-arrival communications. He provided breads and jams and some beverages for breakfast that were appreciated. I booked several months before our trip and did not realize until looking at the photos now that we stayed in a different loft apartment. Daniel owns 4 in the same building. Our apartment was fine. There was a nice large dining table. The loft had pull down stairs, like for an attic. Therefore, I didn't feel comfortable letting my children sleep up there. Wish we would've had the apartment pictured here for that reason. The ceiling in the loft is very low (I'm about 168 cm, 5' 6" tall and I had to be careful not to hit my head.) The carpet in the loft also needed a better vacuuming, but the apartment was otherwise clean. It was not too hot while we were there, but when we had the windows open the road in front as a bit noisy. This might be a problem if you need to sleep with the windows open in the heat of summer. The apartment is well located, easy parking and overall we had a fine visit. A small improvement I would have appreciated would be to have a hair dryer in the apartment.

We were there with 3 adults and 4 kids.
The kitchen appliances weren't clean as we wished.
The ceiling of the Gallery is so low you can't stand there.
But the badest thing was mould behind the bed.
Daniel should really do something against this.
But once again, very kind landlord and pricewise more than ok.
