Enjoy a beautifully maintained Florida beachfront condominium with more than 1,400 sq. ft of space located just north of the Cocoa Beach Pier. This two 3 bedroom, 2 bath corner units sleep up to eight people.

Cocoa Beach Towers has one of the largest and nicest swimming pools on Cocoa Beach. This unit is on the corner of the building closest to the ocean, 100 yds. from the breaking waves of the Atlantic and less than an hour from Orlando International Airport and 90 minutes from Walt Disney World.

My family has been coming to Cocoa Beach Towers for more than 35 years. My sister and parents own units in Cocoa Beach Towers as well.

Why Jeff Clark chose Florida Central Atlantic Coast

Cocoa Beach Towers has the largest pool on Cocoa Beach. The pool is on the ocean side of the building and is heated. The facility is only partial rentals, with limited crowds and a great family-friendly environment.

What makes this condo unique

Unit #50 is the premier unit in Cocoa Beach Towers. Located on the top floor, on the corner of the building closest to the ocean. The reserved parking spot is next to the elevators. The view is simply breathtaking and the unit itself is tastefully decorated with modern features and recently renovated, designer accommodations.

Great Vacation Spot

My family just returned from a week in the Clark's unit #50. It was perfect for us. We needed a unit that slept 8 and close to Disney and Universal....it fit the bill. Both parks were about 1 hour away. So we had the beach and the parks.

We arrived just in time to see a shuttle lift off from Canaveral...WOW ..and then again on Wednesday ..that was a first for us. Perfect view from the balcony .

Mr. Clark was very nice to deal with and attentive when we needed help with the wifi (which was out due to a storm)...but we got it up very easily with his help.

The unit is very comfortable and homey and has everything you need ....just had to go food shopping at Publix which is right down the street.

If we make another trip to cocoa beach we will be booking here again.

Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us, we loved it!!

Perfect

Our stay at the Cocoa Beach Towers unit #50 was wonderful. The unit was clean beautifully decorated and plenty of room...We have family in that area and everyone was able to visit and enjoy our stay....We also celebrated three birthdays in a row while we stayed at the condo...The view of the ocean and the pool was spectacular from every angle...We all agreed that we might try and make this a once a year vacation to the condo...Just loved it.....Thank you so much to Jeff Clark and his family for sharing it with us...

A great stay on the beach.

We stayed a month at Jeff's condo. The location and view from the balcony were awesome. The condo is well stocked with linens, kitchen supplies and everything you might need for the beach. We had a problem with wifi and cable when we first checked in and he was very responsive in helping us get things fixed. We had no further problems. If you want to be close to the beach with a fabulous view then this is the place for you. Would love to stay again.

Heartbroken and Stunned

I DO NOT RECOMMEND> We had a wonderful week. No one can deny that this place is beautiful. I read in a review that the bed in the back room was bad. Jeff said he fixed it. The bed in the back room is still horrible. Jeff "fixed it" by removing the box spring. Now you get to lie on a mattress on top of a bunch of slats. My pillows fell through the hole at the headboard all night!! My knees kept hitting the bed frame because the mattress is too low. My back still hurts. That was my only complaint until I waited to get my deposit back. I finally Emailed Jeff to see what the holdup was ( I left on Aug 27th, it was now Sept 27th... a whole month later). I was Emailed back that his "cleaning staff was overwhelmed at the condition of the condo" He claimed that we used three times the amount of sheets of typical renters use. He claimed that we left his condo in "borderline damaging condition" and "well beyond reasonable use". I was floored! We left that condo in pristine condition. We left the towels and sheets the way we were instructed. I called Jeff and he went on to accuse me of having more than eight people in the unit. He said his neighbors complained. He said he "has witnesses" that saw them. He told me that his parents live in the building and they confirmed the mess. When I told him that all this was NOT true, he accused me of calling him and his parents "LIARS". I explained to him that I had 8 people there and that by not believing me, he was calling me a liar. Things got much worse from there. I am in shock. Never, ever in all my years of travel has this happened to me. Not one time was a deposit in question. I am still shaking as I write this. He is trying to charge out of my deposit. If it's so horribly damaged, why not keep all of it?? I traveled with my dear friends, in their late 60's, myself and my friend, both in our 50's. We also had two 17 year olds and two 14 year olds. We did no damage whatsoever.We were quiet. I asked him exactly what all the damage was that his "cleaning staff" saw and he said he didn't know. He couldn't say. He said I used excessive towels and sheets. There is no limit written on how many towels or sheets we can use. Jeff admits that. So now he's charging me twice for the same thing. I paid a cleaning fee already. I refuse to pay extra, so now the battle begins. I used my credit card. I will update you to let you know how it works out. So sad, just to get some extra money, you sully my name & my family. So mean and hurtful

Owner's Response: As we discussed on the phone before you started yelling at me and hung up, in over 7 years of renting our unit, the cleaning crew has only charged us an additional cleaning fee 5 times. We live in Atlanta & trust them to be accurate in their assessment of what is fair. That said, based on your initial comments from my first phone message, we took the time to further investigate and continue to believe we are being fair in passing along these added fees: We passed along the $50 added cleaning fee for the excessive use of linens & sheets plus an added $50 fee charged by the laundry to remove the BLOOD STAINS from two sets of linens and two mattress covers. Clearly you are executing on your threat to use the comment section of VRBO to reclaim your entire security deposit. For documentation, the cleaning crew indicated that in the course of 7 days, you used all three sets of linens for every bed in the unit and you used every beach towel and bathing towel in the linen closet - which is close to 50 towels. We do not have a policy on the use of linens or towels, however we expect renters to be reasonable and to treat our family's vacation home with some level of respect... as I indicated on our phone call, we confirmed the status of the condo with our cleaning crew, had my parents (who do not live there but were visiting) confirm and we also received input from one of our neighbors and the manager of the complex. We have returned $150 of your security deposit to your credit card. We believe that assessing you the $100 we incurred for how you left the condo is fair and regret that you have chosen to leave this rating - especially after all the phone calls and effort we took to make this a special stay for you.

Loved it!

We had an awesome week on this lovely spot. The best part is the balcony and views of the ocean from multiple windows. The only downside is the mattress quality and bedding in the back bedroom (double bed). Otherwise, it's one of our favorite vacation spots!

Owner's Response: Thanks for the feedback on the mattresses. All of the mattresses in the condo were replaced earlier this year and are high quality. We did not replace the box springs when we replaced the mattresses, and after your stay, we checked and the box spring in that room was broken - which may have been the cause of the creaking that you indicated. We have fixed the bed and believe it is in good condition.

Wonderful Spring Break!!!!!!

What a wonderful condo!!!!! The owners were extremely meticulous in the unit as well as providing information to make our stay wonderful. The little touches and attention to detail made for a fantastic time. As the Mom of the bunch, I was pleased at all the little extras that made my stay better. I enjoyed the organization, quality and efficiency of the unit. The fact that we arrived and paper products, toiletries and beach supplies were already there made it so nice. Upon leaving, we simply took a few moments to replace the items for the next vacationers. This little gesture made arriving and starting our fun so nice. Many thanks to the owners for being thoughtful. We can't wait for our next visit. It may be much sooner than next spring!!!!!!
