Newly renovated and furnished charming home, nestled in the historic area, known as Deveaux.
With its tree lined streets and architecturally interesting homes, this truly is a special place to stay when visiting the falls, which is less than a 10 minute drive away. As well as being close to all the tourist attractions, the property is also walking distance to Niagara University, and the Gorge, and just a few minutes drive to the lovely historical village of Lewiston, with its fine restaurants and quaint shops.
Then there is also the Artpark with its many summertime festivals, there really is a variety of things to do here, you really will be spoilt for choice.

My sister, nephew and I were visiting Niagra Falls for two nights and came across this cottage while searching for places to stay. It is a fantastic alternative to a hotel as we would need at least two rooms; it is just as nice as a hotel and less expensive. Plus, it has a full kitchen and a great front porch on which to relax with morning coffee. Located in a quiet, working class neighborhood on a dead-end street, it is within 10 minutes of the falls, and it's also within 10 minutes of Lewiston, a great little town with restaurants & shops (highly recommend going here to get out of the touristy Niagra area). The cottage seems to be very recently renovated and is extremely well-appointed with everything we needed. The owner was very easy to contact and was prompt in her responses.
As for Niagra Falls itself, we just did the Maid of the Mist which was very enjoyable. We parked in Lot 3 on Goat Island - it was free - and paid the $3 a person for the trolley which took us to the other part of the state park where the Maid is located. The trolley is a great way to save $10-$20 in parking fees and get out of the super high congested parking areas - the trolleys came by every five minutes. We visited on a Sunday in late July, so I'm expecting it was peak tourist time, and we could tell. Very crowded.
We traveled about 20 minutes up the highway to Youngstown to take a ride on the Whirlpool Jet Boats. It was fantastic and worth very penny!
This home is on a quaint residential street ; the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The home is delightfully decorated, immaculately clean and has an open inviting feel. The property is very close to all you want to do at Niagara Falls. My family of four had a wonderful time and we would rent again. Everything was easy and uncomplicated. The owner was available for communication purposes but we had no issues. Great get away by Niagara Falls
We stayed at this lovely three bedroom home while visiting family in the Niagara Falls area. The Home was very clean and well maintained. The location was good with a short drive to Niagara Falls and Lewiston, NY. We look forward to our next visit.
Our family enjoyed Lorraine’s cottage very much. The cottage is very clean and beautifully decorated, close to all Niagara Falls has to offer and everything was exactly as described. Lorraine and Jacki were both very helpful and accommodating. We will definitely return to this cute cottage for our next visit to Niagara Falls!
Sweet cottage, on a quiet residential street, with all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. It was perfect for our needs. The kids (8 and 6) enjoyed the games, DVDs, and ability to safely play outside. As other reviewers mentioned, this location was terrific - close to falls and Lewiston.
Would definitely recommend. Many thanks to the owner!
