Located in Rechavia, in the heart of Jerusalem, this three bedroom, two and a half bathroom triplex apartment is located on the ground floor and comfortably accommodates a party of 7, plus an infant. Beautifully appointed in contemporary décor, the apartment is bright and inviting and with a large porch and small private garden, the apartment feels more like a small house. The dining area comfortably seats eight, with room for additional guests when needed. The living room area offers comfortable seating with a sectional sofa, and chair. There is also a large flat screen TV in the living room. The kosher kitchen is fully equipped and has a full size refrigerator, two dishwashers, one standard size, and one smaller, an oven, microwave, toaster oven and one full size counter sink, in addition to a smaller island sink. A half bathroom and washer and dryer are also located on the main living level. Amenities include high quality linens, an iron, ironing board, Pack ’n Play, and games. There is high speed internet, and two flat screen cable TVs.
The master bedroom, which is approximately six steps above the main living area, offers two comfortable American beds, a chair and desk, a flat screen TV, clock radio and Shabbos lamp. There is ample closet space and an en suite bathroom with a large shower, separate tub, washing basin and toilet. A hair dryer and scale are also located in the master bathroom.
The two additional bedrooms are approximately eight steps down from the main living area. In between the two bedrooms is a bathroom with a shower, washing basin and toilet.
The second guest bedroom offers two comfortable American beds, closet space, a chest of drawers, chair, clock radio and Shabbos lamp.
The third guest bedroom can sleep three with a bunk bed and pull-out trundle. The bedroom also has a closet, clock radio and Shabbos lamp.
Warm and inviting, the apartment is centrally located, professionally cleaned and excellently maintained and offers an incredible combination of comfort and convenience.
This apartment has everything! It is spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and on the first floor with a magnificent garden. Everything has been thought of, which made our stay all the more memorable. The furniture, the flat screen TV's, the beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, the lovely bathrooms with great showers, the games, the pictures, the luxurious sheets and towels all made for the best experience. It is spotlessly clean and meticulously kept. The kitchen is totally equipped with everything to make scrumptious meals. We had a beautiful Shabbat Thanksgiving meal with our children and grandchildren. The location is perfect. The owner is friendly, so helpful, and goes out of her way to ensure our satisfaction. We can't wait to stay here again on one of our many trips to Israel.
This apartment was perfect for our family of 5 and grandparents. The master bedroom upstairs provided my parents with the privacy they needed while my family was able to stay downstairs very comfortably. Additionally, we were able to host my in-laws and additional family for Shabbos meals very comfortably. The apartment was cool and comfortable during a heat wave in Israel. The apartment was centrally located with many restaurants, grocery stores, bus stop... all within walking distance. Mamilla is about a 20 min walk away and the shuk about 30 minutes. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying here and hope to stay there again in the future!
Excellent location and beautiful, spacious apartment. The apartment is bright and was spotless upon our arrival. It was a pleasure dealing with the owner - she was very gracious and helpful. A detailed pamphlet was supplied to us listing nearby restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets. It also supplied car service numbers. I would highly recommend it.
