SPACIOUS 5200 SF HOME is located on the Rim of Manson Mesa overlooking spectacular views of Lake Powell, Glen Canyon Dam, Vermillion Cliffs and Canyon Lake Golf Course. Boasting three levels and four Master suites and enough square footage to accommodate your family reunion, there is something here for every vacationer.

• Huge backyard! Large lawn, fire pit, basketball pad and hoop system

• Executive 2-bedroom Master Suite on the third level with panoramic views from large windows surrounding the entire room, outside access to a spiral staircase down to the deck, King size bed, a second bedroom area with a sleeper sofa and TV, a kitchenette and a large jetted tub and separate shower.

• Fully furnished kitchen, dining area and bar stools for plenty of seating

• Comfortable living room/great room accommodates a great hang-out space for all

• Completely rebuilt deck with views and access to BBQ and outdoor table/chairs.

• Large family/game room downstairs with plenty of walkouts to the back yard

• 4 more bedrooms including 3 Master Suites situated with six queen beds and additional sofa sleeper beds located on main and lower floors.

• Literally steps off the back yard and through our own gate is access to the Rim Trail, a hiking/walking/running/biking trail that circles the town of Page.

• Off street parking can accommodate 6+ vehicles and/or trailers or boats with the possibility of parking behind the home also on an as-needed basis. * A two-bay garage can accommodate most boats (height clearance 8'6') or 4 small vehicles. Garage is available year round. Please contact us about special parking needs. Absolutely no vehicles are allowed to be parked on the street.

• The home allows for up to 14 adults plus 5 extra queen-size sleeper sofas for the kids 12 and under. There is an additional fee for extra children above the 14 person maximum. Please inquire for details.

About Dawnell

I grew up here in Page, which is when I began to love and admire this wonderful area. My dad always had a boat and would take us out on Lake Powell every summer. I learned to water ski when I was 7 years old, which terrified me, but I grew to love it and everything about the lake and this area. I moved away for many years in pursuit of a career and other interests, but I always loved coming 'home'. After 20 years I was able to convince my husband that Page should become our home again, and we moved back in 2010. I live here locally now with my husband and four children, close to parents and family, and take an active part in the community by directing a local children's choir and teaching numerous children how to play the piano!

We love Page and this area where I grew up, so we had the opportunity to buy a home down the street from where I grew up and we pounced on it! We are excited to share this area with others that love it too.

What makes this house unique

The layout of this home is perfect for all group sizes. The bedrooms are tucked into different corners for privacy and quiet time, but then you can gather in the large common areas when you want to be together. Plus, the views from the bay windows and the deck are breath-taking!

Excellent home base in Page, AZ

We had eight parents and four high-school senior kids for a tour around the Grand Canyon. We chose Tony and Dawnell's place in Page as our home base as home base for our hiking vacation and we could not be happier! The house is HUGE and is perfectly located. The rim trail just off the back yard is perfect for an early morning walk or an evening stroll after dinner.

The owners were fantastic! Communication leading up to our visit and throughout the visit was great. I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Page, AZ. You will not be disappointed!

Large house with great views

Good rental for a large group with ping pong and foosball tables downstairs. Great views of the Glen Canyon Dam and the distant skyline. Friendly and helpful owner. WIFI works, but is actually slower than surrounding 3G/4G coverage. Garage will hold two very large cars or trucks, but is not quite deep enough to store 4 normal sized vehicle paired in tandem. Neighborhood is nice, but not easy walking distance to stores or restaurants.

Perfect place to stay to enjoy all the sites

Tony & Dawnell, your place is amazing. We so enjoyed using it as a base for our explorations of the sights in and around Page. We had our 2 kids and their families with us. Each family had their own floor with more than enough room. The game room provided the boys with entertainment for the short time we spent at the house.

The house is exactly as portrayed here, Tony & Dawnell are wonderful hosts and very responsive to their guests. The best overall experience with an owner I've had in my VRBO travels.

Everything we used while there worked with out any issues, we had 9 in our group (5 adults, 4 teens)

so we had more than ample room to spread out and be comfortable.

First class experience from contact to deposit return. The house is awesome, the owners top notch, I'd stay here again and again hoping for another gorgeous sunset. I wish I could share some photos of that amazing sunset viewed from the second floor deck one evening. The sky was on fire, and was an awe inspiring sight.

Beautiful Huge House

We had a wonderful time! This house is beautiful, huge and so nice. 3 floors and a beautiful deck and back yard. It was perfect for the large group we had. There was so much space, everyone had room to themselves if needed. I would highly recommend this property!

Family fun at it's best in a spacious comfortable home.

Dawnell and Tony thanks for your help in getting us set up. Your home is spacious and beautiful. It was family fun with the basketball court, foosball table, ping pong table etc. There were enough bathrooms to accommodate our group. That is always a pain if there aren't enough bathrooms to get ready but no problem in this house. We didn't feel cramped throughout the house. Especially nice with 4 large master bedrooms. The two deep double car garage with a side parking driveway was perfect. We spent our days on the lake boating, surfing, wakeboarding, tubing etc. with the boats and waverunners staying in the water in slips so we had plenty of room for parking the cars at the house. 15 min. to Wahweap Marina is so close as is downtown Page, Walmart and restaurants. We would recommend this home to friends for the reasons stated.

Perfect Home for a Large Group

We knew this was going to be a good experience from the first email we received from Dawnell. She responded quickly and was always very helpful with whatever we needed. The house is very clean and well-maintained. It is spacious and the perfect floorplan for hosting several families at a time. Each family had their own private space with large and comfortable common areas for gathering. The views out the back are spectacular! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you will need for cooking. The beds are comfortable and the A/C works very well throughout the house. There is plenty of parking in the garage and driveway. Our entire group is enthusiastically looking forward to booking this house again for next summer!

Page is located at the center of The Grand Circle of the Southwestern United States. The Grand Circle contains the largest concentration of national parks and monuments, beautiful scenic attractions like the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon, Lake Powell and Arches National Park. Horseshoe Bend, one of the most photographed areas on the Colorado River is less than 10 minutes outside of Page. Antelope Canyon is the most-visited and most-photographed slot canyon in the American Southwest. But it is Lake Powell that brought us here and keeps us here. Its miles of winding shoreline through Glen Canyon will show you the most miraculous beauty.
