Stay in Union City, NJ, just 20 minutes from Times Square. Spectacular views of Manhattan. Check our video. Clique in video to see inside of the apartment. Fully furnished, including queen beds with memory foam mattresses in each bedroom, a full kitchen, 6-person dining table, TV, Wi-Fi, Washer/Dryer, tub in hall bath, and so much more. Even the comfy foldout couch has a memory foam mattress. Includes one secure parking space inside the building. Rent a car and shop clothing tax-free at NJ's famous malls and outlets! Bus to NYC departs from the corner of the building and it takes 20 minutes to get to Times Square. The apartment has 2 bedroom with a queen bed in each bedroom + plus a sofa bed in the living room that turns into a queen bed. We dont have any extra bed or extra mattres.

You will love your stay at our apartment. The bus 123 departs from 8th street in Union City just half a block from the apartment. Bus are always on time. Its a quiet neighborhood. The are has a park, delis, bakeries, and a unique view of Manhattan. If you want to save money this apartment is perfect for you. If you want concierge service and want someone doing your bed every day, than its not for you. There is no subway in Union CITY. There is a train departing from 9th Street Light Rail Station Union City. Google it. Thanks

Very close of Manhattan, the apartment accommodate 06 people (our sofa becomes a queen size bad), for less than a price of a single room hotel in NYC. in a safe area and with spectacular views of NYC. Great location with easy access to New York

We stayed here for summer vacation, 2 adults and 4 children (2-13 yrs old). The property was as described. Modern and well furnished. We were extremely pleased with the view from the balcony. Bus 123 got us in and out of NY everyday with easy planning. 8th street going out in the morning and 7th street coming back in the evening. The bakery on the corner kept us stocked with fresh bread everyday. The only thing we were concerned about was the parking spot. We thought it would be to small for our dodge caravan, but it fit! Nice apartment close to NYC

This was our third property using the VRBO website we stayed with, and our first time to Jersey/NYC.

Upon arrival, we were impressed with how clean and spacious the apartment was. A bonus was there are two full bathrooms. Most of the time we would bring an extra meal home from a restaurant we went to, so we'd have something to eat in the morning.

Bus #123 works like a charm. 20 minute ride to and from The Port Authority. I was surprised that all the buses were equipped with A/C and had plush seating.

Tip for parking: 1. You need a smaller vehicle 2. Make sure to push in your side mirrors on the vehicle to make it easier to pull into the parking stall. 3. There was some items preventing us from backing our rental vehicle all the way to the wall. Once that was cleared, it was much easier. We had a Mitsubishi RVR..it's a small SUV/CUV.

I would stay with Sueli again. It was a good experience.

So much to see and do in NYC, but my trip highlights were the 9/11 Memorial and a day trip to Philadelphia so I could run the Rocky Steps and pose with Balboa's statue!......

Apartment was clean and had a great view of NYC skyline.

Apartment was clean. Very close to NYC.

Located close to bus stop. Bus was on time, but crowded at times.

Need a broom and dustpan to tidy up during the week.

Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens.

Appreciated being able to get into apartment before 3pm check in-thank you.

Bakery very close-smells coming from this business are amazing!

Friendly people!!!

Owners need to to notify renters if they are entering property when renters are out-this happened to us.

Owner's Response: Hi Page, Thanks for your feedback. I believe there is a misunderstand here. You are saying that the owners got inside of the apartment. I’m the owner. How could I get inside of the apartment if I was out of the country in a business vacation from before your arrival up to after your departure? Did you see me inside of the apartment or did you see someone else inside of the apartment? Why do you think someone got inside of the apartment? You said you needed a broom, but there is a Vacuum available inside of the apartment and also there is a small Dust Pan and Brush Set available, so how can you say there was no broom, if you had all the other tools available? My cleaner came Saturday to clean the apartment after your departure, she reported that the bed had a huge stain in the middle of the sheets. I returned 100% of security deposit, but we were unable to take the stain off, so we lost a good and new set of sheets and here you are complaining that someone got inside of the apartment for no reason, maybe just to look the view right?. I think your complaint is unfair and not real at all, because my husband and I where nowhere near the apartment during your stay, so please apologize for your accusation. Just think about the amount of savings you had not paying 2 hotel rooms in NYC, just think about the accusation that you are doing that we the owner got inside of the apartment when I was not in town at all. After almost 3 years renting this apt to more than 70 families from all over the world, when I read stuff like what you said I feel like giving up because its very hard to cover the loss and please everyone.

beautiful view of Manhattan

Great place to stay! Excellent view! Loved the bakery on the corner...yum! Owner is easy to work with and quick to respond. The furnishings were more than expected. Was able to park in the building (have a Camry). Was a quiet place to stay with great accommodations! Would stay there again when visiting NYC!

Great stay - clean, modern apartment easy commute to NYC

We stayed here for 5 days in May. The apartment was clean, plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. It is just as you see it in the photos. The view of NYC is beautiful. It was the perfect stay for us to visit NYC with our two children. The bus is so easy to catch outside the apartment and only takes 20 minutes to get to NYC. We left our car parked in the garage below the apartment. We have a Nissan Mirano but after sometime and careful maneuvering, managed to park it. It is a very tight space. Sue was great and left a binder with information on all that we needed to know. On some nights when were are too tired to eat out we ordered in from the local restaurants that delivered (menu's left in apartment). We will definitely be back. Great stay!!

Nice Place to Stay While Visiting NYC

We are originally from Northern NJ and now live in North Carolina. We decided to show our friends, who are also live in NC, around NYC. We were looking for a place to stay that would be not only affordable but close to NYC. What sold us on this apartment is the close proximity to NYC. The bus stops a block away and is a 20 minute ride to the city. The apartment itself is nicely furnished with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen/living room area. It meet our needs completely. The view of NYC from the balcony is spectacular.

Sue was very responsive whenever we had a question. I certainly recommend this as a good place to stay while visiting NYC. The only negative is the assigned parking space is not large enough for a normal sized car. Fortunately, there was a handicapped spot in the garage that we were able to use.

All units also include their own washer and dryer. Parking space included at no additional cost!!

This newly constructed building features an elevator and indoor parking spot. At the corner of 7th and Palisade. Bus is right at the doorstep and get you to NYC in just 20 minutes!!

The apartment is located near Newport Shopping Mall and New Jersey Gardens Outlet. Its 15/20 minutes way from Times Square by bus (avoid rush hour bus). 30 minutes from Newark Airport and anywhere between 1 to 2 hours from JFK. Do a google search to make sure you know the rote available to get to the apartment. Parks, delis, bakery, drugstore, restaurants yes its all close to the apartment. Yes its very quite and nice. Its a new building so you may not see it in Google maps street view yet. There is no SUBWAY from the apartment to Manhattan, but boy you will save a lot of money in breakfast, dinner, tips, tax, and extra hotel room. If you are traveling with 4 or 5 people make the math. There is nothing like to save money during a vacation and still enjoy it all!
