This is a fantastic place to stay when travelling to Traverse City. Location is good and the Village Commons has a lot to offer.

We LOVED our Condo!

  • 5 of 5

It was clean, large, had 3 big bedrooms and 3 full baths, it was unique in character We stayed with another couple and it was great to have a bedroom/bath upstairs and down so we had privacy but a large gathering space to hang out as well.and it was fun to have it in a historic building that was supposed to be "haunted". The restaurants/stores in the lower level were convenient and of good quality - it was raining one whole day so we just went downstairs to eat and shop. The owner and her manager were great to work with and I would highly recommend to anyone to stay at the condo.

Absolutely Perfect!!

  • 5 of 5

This space was better than what I expected and the pictures online does not do it any justice. Prior to arrival Beth was very prompt in response to any questions that I had. When we arrived the place was spotless and there was a welcome basket waiting for us. They also had information available for what to do in the area if you were looking for something to do. The downstairs living, dining and kitchen area was spacious enough for my family and the three separate bedrooms and bathrooms was great. The upstairs bedrooms were spacious enough where we were able to use a queen size air mattress in the master bedroom and had more than enough room to spare. There's not a laundry area in the condo itself but if I actually wanted to do laundry while on vacation there was a room conveniently down the hall from the condo. Everything went smooth and there was no issue in getting our deposit back. I would recommend this property to anyone who asks and I hope to rebook again sometime in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at Grand Traverse Commons. It was a beautiful condo.

We had a great stay. It is an incredibly nice property and condo. We would highly recommend.

The only thing we would change is the laundry situation. There was no washer/dryer in our condo. Since there is a common laundry, I assume it's the same in all units. For a high end location, we were surprised. However, the common laundry was convenient and didn't cause any problem.

Wonderful Vacation Home!

  • 5 of 5

Our family of four stayed in Kate's home over the 4th of July holiday and it was amazing! The unit itself is even more beautiful and larger than the photos depict, and the grounds were lovely. We loved the downtown of Traverse City and the beaches were lovely. I would highly and without hesitation recommend this home and hope to come back again to stay and enjoy this beautiful city!

Beautiful clean modern condo. The location was amazing and the amenities were unbelievable. You will not find a better rental in traverse city. Great owner who clearly communicates everything you need and even offer up tips for exploring the area.
