…and our home is just that, a place that feels like home. Located in the exclusive neighborhood of El Paseo Village which has all the comforts you would expect and maybe even more. The home has all new furniture, beds, kitchen supplies, top of the line towels and linens, freshly painted interior, new carpet, outdoor patio furniture, barbecue and more...EVERYTHING ALL NEW!

The spacious floor plan has an open airy feel for easy entertaining. The front entry enables access to the bedrooms or to the living area. The dining area, family room and kitchen overlook the large rear yard's sparkling salt water pool with a cozy hammock for two hanging between two of the numerous palm trees. The newly landscaped rear yard includes a covered patio, with a new BBQ and new patio furniture for lounging, sitting and dining. The family room’s 80” flat screen TV with sound bar is situated for you to enjoy watching movies, sports, news or listening to music while sitting outside under the covered patio. The bathroom by the family room is conveniently located with a backdoor for use while having fun in the rear yard.

The master bedroom features a king bed, a large closet with sliding mirror doors, a ceiling fan, flat screen T.V. with a bay window overlooking the rear yard and has a master bathroom with an over-sized shower and two sinks. The middle and front bedrooms both have queen beds with ample closet space and share a bathroom with a bath/shower combination. The bedrooms include a flat screen HD TV and ceiling fans.

The home has a garage and a circular driveway for plenty of parking spaces and enjoys a tranquil mountain and palm tree view from the front private patio.

You will love the home’s exclusive neighborhood and location of El Paseo Village. It resides less than one block from El Paseo Drive which is the most popular location in the entire Coachella Valley. You will have a three minute walk to the desert’s world’s famous shopping boulevard, known as “The Rodeo Drive of the Desert”. There you will discover over 30 restaurants, exclusive shops and tons of Art Galleries. Restaurants such as, The Daily Grill, Tommy Bahamas, Sullivan’s, Mastros are all just a walk away. Saks Fifth Avenue, Tiffany, Coach, Cole Haan, Eileen Fisher, Ann Taylor, Gucci, these are just a few of the best-known retailers within a short walk away. The formal living room has a gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. The formal dining room has sliding door access to rear yard. The well appointed kitchen opens to the family room and enjoys direct access to the salt water ceramic tile pool and lushly landscaped large private rear yard with mature fruit and palm trees. Two of the bedrooms enjoy comfy queen sized beds, and the master bedroom has a King sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The generous sized covered rear patio with built-in fans provide ample shade for the outdoor dining & barbecue area. Laundry room and ½ bath with direct access to the pool. My family makes annual trips to Palm Spring and we have stayed a different homes. This has been by far one of the best homes we have staysd at. Marla, the owner was so helpful with accommodating my needs and the house was cleane and supplied with everything. The backyard light dodnt work and I emailed Marla, within a couple of minutes her brother contacted me on the light. I was very happy and the location is excellent in the "Beverly Hills" of the desert. This is my house of choice for all our future stays.

Perfect Vacation Home!

I came to Palm Desert with a couple of friends to attend Coachella Music Festival for 4 days, and this home was perfect. It was only a 10 minute drive to the festival, and very close to shopping & food areas. The home itself is beautiful and very clean. All the furnishing and decor was nice, modern, hip & a little retro. Very spacious 3 bedroom, and we loved the back yard the most. It was perfect for swimming, lounging & just soaking in the Palm Desert sun. We would love to rent this place again whenever we head back to Palm Desert. Marla was so easy to work with and communicating with us.

Loved the Location!

We came to Palm Desert for the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament and we absolutely loved the location of this home. Marla and Neil were amazing to deal with. We hung out by the pool everyday and enjoyed walking to El Paseo for shopping and dinner! We would highly recommend it.

Home in Palm Desert

My wife and I met up with her sister and husband for 5 days. The house was well located, clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We spent our days relaxing in and out of the pool, shopping and dining out. We will definitely come back.

My husband and I rented this fabulous 3 bedroom home for the Thanksgiving holiday. the 3 bedrooms met our needs as our 2 grown daughters had their very own rooms which shared a bathroom.

There were 4 bicycles in the garage and we rode them all over town ! We lazed by the pool, went swimming every morning and had a wonderful time !!

This house has been newly painted, refurnished, updated and is absolutely fabulous !!

Next time we are in the desert for any reason we will stay in this house !!

My wife and I rented the home for Christmas. Our first impression was how immaculate and spotless it was. Marla and Neil were wonderful to work with and their obvious intentions were for us to enjoy the home. They provided everything we could need from linens, towels, all kitchen utensils etc. and it seemed all brand new.

The location is perfect as we walked to all stores and restaurants. Very convenient! Thanks. Marla and Neil!

CONDITION OF PREMISES: Occupant shall on arrival examine the Premises, all furniture, furnishings, appliances, fixtures and landscaping. If any, and shall immediately report in writing, if any are not in operation condition or are in disrepair. Reporting repairs does not give Occupant the right to cancel this Agreement or receive a refund of any payments made.

The $200.00 cleaning fee is based on use of one set of linens per bed. Premises will be delivered to Occupant in a professionally cleaned condition. Upon termination of occupancy, Occupant will deliver the Premises in the same condition less ordinary wear and tear. If Occupant does not return the Premises in the same condition, a(n) (additional) charge will be deducted from the security deposit.
