Nice 1st line to the sandy beach apartment comfortable wifi parking amenities

Apartment COSTAORO1B-A "DANIEL" Selfcatering comfortable 2 people apartment located in front of the beach on which you will find all different amenities: body building equipment, volleyball, basketball and showers (free) at the bottom of the apartment, and a playground is 300 metres away. The promenade or dyke is illuminated at night and offers a large variety of restaurants and terraces (with Wi-Fi) where you will be able to enjoy the sunsets on the sea. A typical Andalusian market takes place each morning 100m away from the rental. A car is not necessary since the supermarket is 150 metres away as well as banks, pharmacies, shops, car rental, private hospital for 24H emergencies, taxi station, local buses. The apartment building has huge gardens with tennis courts, skateboard areas, 2 large swimming pools and 2 small ones for babies, fenced and with a life-guard. Perfect location for day trips: Granada, Cordoba, Ronda, Seville, Gibraltar, Málaga, Tarifa.

We are a family, we own this apartment in Andalucia ( Costa del Sol ) that we rent during the year for stays of short and longer stays holidays.

We live here for over 35 years and we will personally welcome you in French, Spanish and English.

Many tenants arriving here tell us how they fear to book a rental via internet and their anxiety to arrive in dirty places , poorly maintained or not corresponding to any of the photos shown on the rental listings. We guarantee that all pictures and detailed descriptions accurately reflect the reality of what you will find when arriving home and you spend a great holiday because of it. The apartment is good, and as described in the advertisement. There are some pros and some minor cons, causing it to judge it with 4 stars, because I expect no cons for a 5 stars apartment. The pros are the washing machine, the internet, the location, view to the beach and space in the apartment. Also Sabine is very helpful and friendly, and does what she promises. The (minor) cons are that we experienced the bed a little bit stiff and the fact that there was no balcony to sit outside in the evening or for breakfast. Nothing special, and we can still recommend the place. I only think 5 stars is superb, and that's a little too much.

I am so glad you spend a great time discovering the surroundings and doing a jeep tours with life adventure.eu in the inland of our beautiful Andalusian mountains, discovering the flora and fauna, wildlife and spectacular views of unspoiled coastline. Regarding the mattress, I have just changed it as others tenants said it was too soft. As in the advertisement described and pictures there is not balcony, that is the reason why we have put windows that you can open sliding to sunbathe and get free air. I try to make my best so my tenants feel as comfortable as like home, it has been a pleasure to meet you, come back again when you want. Sabine

Très bon séjour

Tous les détails transmis par la propriétaire étaient précis. Nous n'avons eu aucune surprise ni pour la localisation ni pour le logement avec vue sur mer à 10 mètres de la plage , logement très propre et confortable.

Nous avons eu de très bons conseils pour nous très facile puisque la propriétaire parle couramment français.

Je recommanderais sans hésitation cette location à mon entourage.

Il y a de très bons restaurants sur la digue (je conseille d'éviter les menus à volonté ), nous avons diner également tout en découvrant le flamenco au restaurant El Colona à Nerja, je conseille également la plongée à La Herradura , la visite incontournable de l'Alhambra à Grenade, la traversée de la Sierra Nevada, les villages blancs (Torrox, Ronda, Frigilina etc) et pour le repos la plage située en face du logement et la mer délicieuse pour se rafraichir.

Nous avons été étonnés du climat 30° maximum en bord de mer pas étouffant du tout. Situation géographique vraiment très conseillée quand on n'est pas habitué à la chaleur .

Una estancia estupenda

La estancia en Torrox Costa ha sido una experiencia muy positiva, tanto para mi mujer, como mi hija, como para mí.

El apartamento está fenomenal, para 2 o 3 personas es ideal, tal cual recogen las fotografías y las informaciones del anuncio. Está muy limpio y tiene el mobiliario adecuado, no le falta ningún detalle. Está a pie de playa y del paseo marítimo, la ubicación es perfecta, y las vistas maravillosas.

La zona nos ha gustado mucho, hemos visitado varias veces Nerja, hemos hecho la ruta Torrox Costa-Nerja-Frigiliana-Torrox, preciosa, muy recomendable.

La oferta gastronómica es inmensa, estando el paseo marítimo lleno de restaurantes y cafeterías. En la playa hay opción de contratar motos de agua, barcas de pedales, etc. Es una zona donde se pueden realizar muchas actividades de todo tipo.

En resumen, una zona perfecta para unas vacaciones. Nosotros hemos estado 10 días y estamos deseando volver.

La propietaria, Sabine, un encanto de persona, todo son facilidades con ella, gracias por todo.

appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Schoon. Prachtig uitzicht op zee en boulevard. Eigenaresse zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kon haar bellen als ik iets wilde weten. Prima zwembad achter het appartement, genoeg restaurants, supermarkt op loopafstand.

Joli appartement, très bien situé, et très bon accueil. Belle plage au pied de l'immeuble. Il y a des magasins et des restaurants tous le long de la promenade, on peut tout faire à pied. Très bon séjour. Je recommande vivement !

Located by the Mediterranean Sea, 15 meters away from the fine sandy beaches, 10 min away from Nerja, 35 min away from down town Malaga and the harbour, 155km from Almería's Harbour, 190km from Algeciras' (boats to Morocco), 500km away from Madrid and 700 km away from Barcelona. Torrox-Costa is considered the place with the best climate in Europe, about 330 days of sun per year, all year long, with temperatures of 15º and 20º even in winter. You can get to the International Airport Pablo Picasso of Malaga with numerous existing charters from any European airport. Torrox-Costa is 45 min away from the apartment. All the important car rental societies are at the airport. Take the highway going to Almeria Motril, Exit 285. There is a bus line which goes to Torrox-Costa from the airport, taxis available day and night. Located in Eastern Andalusia, by the Mediterranean seaside and across from Africa (day trips).

Golf: Baviera golf course (15 km), Añoreta golf course (25 km), golf course in Motril (45 km). All the golf courses of Marbella, Estepona, Fuengirola, Mijas, etc.

Ski: Skiing, Sledding, and sleighs are available in the winter sports station of the Sierra Nevada in Granada (100 km).

The windows, with double glazing and shutters, take the full width of the apartment and can be wide-open to allow total ventilation or to sunbath. You have an unobstructed view of the sea (not overlooked) of the sandy beach and the promenade just in front of you. During winter, from this apartment you can see the breathtaking sunsets on the sea, different every day. There is no problem with the parking all year long but sometimes, in August, there is more people. In that case, you can find another parking with 600 spaces (100 metres away by the beach). The 2 pools are free of charge and very large and are supervised by a life-guard + solarium + 2 small pools for the kids (30/40 cm deep).

  • The apartment with air conditioning and heating (heat pump) offers a bedroom with a double bed king size 150cm, pillows, duvet, and a wardrobe with hangers and bedside tables. The living room has a foldaway sofa-bed for 2 persons, that can be converted in order to add a 3rd person (or 2 children), coffee table, large wall closet with bar, TV, satellite, all French, Spanish, English (only the news) and German channels, radio, Mp3 and books and magazines in all languages. The kitchen is equipped with vitroceramic hob, microwave, kitchenware, electric coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, vacuum cleaner, oven, iron and ironing board and full crockery. The dining room is the perfect area to relax and enjoy the beautiful sea view in the 2 deckchairs at your disposal. Round table and 4 chairs for your lunches in front of the sea.
