Palm Hale's King Palm is on the top (2nd) floor of the home. It is 1 bedroom with King bed, bathroom, screened in lanai, living room, dining room, ocean view from all rooms, kitchen with full size refrig.,stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker and coffee grinder to brew the famous Kona coffee, cable tv, wifi. There is coin operated washer & dryer in a common room. Outside has a table, chairs and a bbq for those who like to grill. There is plenty of off street parking behind the home. The home is situated so that you get the ocean breezes and can hear the waves crashing on the shoreline at night. We are between Magic Sands Beach (white sands beach) and Snorkel Beach(Kahalu'u beach) and both are within walking distance if you just want to hang out at local Beaches. We are also only one mile from Keauhou Center which has a Grocery store, Restaurants, Post office, Theater, Medical facility's, and a farmers market on Saturday mornings, even has music and dance performances on some weekends. You have the town of Kona 5 minutes down Alii Dr. in the other direction which has lots of shops to browse through, restaurants, historical sites and locations to sign up for activities such as a luau, tours, snorkeling trips, surf lessons, submarine rides, Charters for Big Game fishing and much more, all of this is along the oceanfront.
The sunsets are amazing, in the evening you will see the locals pulled over to the sides of the road to watch for the green flash as the sun goes over the horizon.
There are two transit systems that run by on Alii drive making them very accessible.
Good neighbor policy/Quit hrs. shall be from 9pm to 8am, Noise from rental shall not be unreasonable to disturb adjacent neighbors. Sounds that goes beyond property boundaries during quit hrs. shall not be more excessive then then associated with residential area.

Lovely stay
The suite we stayed in was really nice - open air feeling with great views. The location is away from much of the touristy-stuff, but close enough you can Uber easily to nearby points of interest. If you have a rental car, the parking area is very private and spacious. The host was very accommodating. It was nice to have an onsite washer and dryer. And I was impressed to find lots of loaner items available - beach chairs, snorkeling gear - the works. I would definitely go back.

Tree tops
With the absence of windows and only screens the sounds of the birds in the morning was delightful. The car noise usually calmed down after 8 pm and there was an occasional vroom noise. You can see the ocean over the tree tops and the walk to the beaches is easy although the beaches are not very swimming friendly with all the lava rock. There are others staying in the building and there was just a little noise. The parking lot in the back was great because parking is hard to find on the narrow streets. The place was stocked well and beautiful.

A lovely Hawaiian-style penthouse!
We very much enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again! The lovely high ceilings and shuttered/screened windows all around give such an open, breezy feel. No AC required and the sound of the waves make for great sleeping too. A wonderfully spacious place for a couple but also great for a family with a child. Isaac is a gracious and very responsive host.

Very special place
We loved our stay! Location was ideal- short walks both directions to wonderful beaches. Island breezes and sunsets were perfect from the condo. Everything we needed was included and we were very comfortable the entire time. We enjoyed visiting the chickens and ducks in the backyard.

I recently moved to Kona after going to school here when I was 17 (a few years back now haha) I fell in love with the island. I was born in San Clemente and spent the last 20 years before Kona in Santa Barbara California. The weather and water here are second to none, weirdly comforting having the west facing beaches and sunsets. My uncle David moved over here 2012 ish and has been helping me get started with the vacation renting family business :) Looking forward to hosting people from all of the world so they can see this beautiful Island I fell in love with. I'm sure you will fall in love too.

Clean quiet property, Walking distance to Magics and Kahaluu. We are located close to the hustle and bustle of the oceanfront Kona town and yet far enough to get away from it when you are ready to relax.
