The 2100 sq. ft. lakefront cabin has views from all over the property along with a private dock. The house is located on the main channel and secluded for privacy. It sits on .97 acres of land with 330 feet of shoreline.
There are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The large deck allows you to sit outside and enjoy the view. Great location to have a weekend getaway or summer vacation.
We look forward to hearing from you!
I fell in love with this property when I first saw it. It has beautiful views all around and the privacy you want when hoping to relax on vacation. It is our dream location and we love having family get togethers there on the weekends.
Great view. Big house. It could have been cleaner and definitely needs some fixing up, repairs. We had ants in the kitchen so that was not good. I'm also glad I brought paper towels and toliet paper because there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper in the entire house for 8 women and 3 nights. I think the owner should inform people that they need to bring these items. Other then minor items like the house needing a deep cleaning we had a great weekend and really enjoyed our stay.
We loved our first family "Staycation"! The size of the rooms were ideal for our crew. Some things to be prepared for if you stay follows.
As a boat owner, be prepared for rough water at the dock if you are tying up for your stay. Due to the property being a corner lot at the entrance of a cove, it has a lot of traffic from boats and jetskis.
If you plan to do a lot of cooking for a family, you will probably need to bring additional cookware and utensils.
Also, the air conditioner took a long time to cool the house down and atruggled a bit but the weekend was excessively hot.
Mr.Shah was wonderful, very prompt and responsive to emails and needs.
Overall, a terrific vacation and we would absolutely stay here again! 👍
Our family had a great time here while celebrating our Granddaughter's HS graduation in Charlotte. If you enjoy being
close to the water and enjoy outdoor activities, this is the place for you. We enjoyed and took full advantage of the large
deck overlooking the water and private dock. Morning coffee, mid day snacks, and evening 'cornhole' games were accompanied
by the amazing water views. The interior of the house is a bit outdated, but the weather was fabulous. Fortunately, we did not need to spend much
time indoors. Also, the neighbors were great, and they took us on a tour of the lake on their pontoon boat.
Parth was easy to work with, and I would work with him again. This property is ideal for a small group who
enjoys the outdoors.
My old college buddies and our wives rented this lake house and had a fantastic experience. The views from the living room are spectacular and worth the price of admittance alone. The home is spacious and has a nice deck to relax with friends outside and play games like Cornhole.
We enjoyed jumping off and swimming by the floating dock as well.
The house has easy access to the main part of the lake and nearby marinas.
We were very pleased and felt that we had great value. Parth was also very easy to communicate with before the rental and getting into the house was a breeze. He also allowed us to check in early which was helpful.
We'd all rent again!
Well, where to start, the home was a bit expensive to others on the lake but we were going for a family reunion and this was the closest place to the other house my cousins rented. When we arrived there had been a storm the night before and the garbage can was knocked over which we proceeded to clean up. Upon entering the house there was a very strong smell of mothballs. The deck was full of debri from the storm that would have been nice if they had cleaned it up. The master bath toilet was not working and when we called the owner on it it was taken care of right away but the fact that I had to call was annoying. The master bath had formica chipping on the sink and some very cheap cabinets. I travel all over the USA for work and we use VRBO all of the time and I was disappointed in the shape of the interior of the house. For the amount of money that we were charged it should be taken care of better and maybe inspected the day we were coming in. The house has awesome view and great potential but the other house we rented was much cheaper and nicer.
My friends and I went here for a bachelor weekend. We had a very hard time finding a place to stay, as many owners are not receptive to having large groups of guys (there were 11 of us). The owner made an exception for us, which we were very appreciative of. The place has a beautiful view of the lake, was peaceful, relaxing, and was perfect for us since one of our friends had a boat and could use the dock as needed. The appliances seemed to be in good shape - we used everything but the washer and dryer. The back deck is HUGE, and a nice spot to hang out. There are a lot of local places to eat, and a gander mountain nearby if you need a fishing license and supplies etc. The only downside was that there were no blinds in the windows in the living room, but that only matters if you're trying to watch t.v. near sunset. I will definitely be trying to stay here again for a couples weekend if I can!
