Don't waste your money staying in a hotel when you can stay in a 1BR/1Bath townhome in the Resort Core of Galena Territory. Our home sleeps has 1BR with a King bed and a full size sofa sleeper in the living room. The home sleeps 4 and is great for a couple or a small family getaway.
Our rates are AFFORDABLE! We are private owners that do not have to pay commission to a rental company and can pass those savings on to our guests. Can't we all use a break right now?
The home has a fully stocked kitchen and a deck, with gas grill, that is adjacent to the North Golf Course. We are across from Lake Galena and a short walk to the Inn and General Store. So convenient!
A wood burning fireplace, satellite TV in living room and bedroom, free wifi, and a double Jacuzzi tub are just a few of the amenities that will help you feel right at home.
We ARE pet friendly and allow your best friends to join you with a pet deposit, however, we do not allow cats.
You will have 'owner' access to the Owner's Club that was remodeled and reopened in May 2012. The club features an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, indoor pool, workout center, gym, game room, snack bar, tennis courts, park, and complimentary use of computers and wireless internet.
The Galena Territory Marina is open for fishing and boating for our guest, too.
Downtown/historic Galena is less than 10 minutes away with shopping, sightseeing, wineries and wonderful restaurants.

This place exceeded our expectations! My husband and I went this past weekend with our labs. The space was adorable and well taken care of. The negative reviews left by others are completely false! The only thing I can complain about is the hard hills/incline to walk! Haha being almost 6 months pregnant, I was struggling! The territory itself was a dream. The general store was adorable, fitness center was perfect (coming from the trainer that I am), spa was the best massage I've ever had, and the restaurants were awesome! The downtown is such a short drive, we would go back and forth several times a day. We look forward to staying here again, just with a little baby next time! :) thank you, Lisa, for helping create the best memories for us!
Our stay at 20 Farmstead Drive was very enjoyable! The condo was clean, well cared for and comfortable. Perfect for a weekend getaway for two! The setting is picturesque, quiet and very relaxing. Just a short drive into the town of Galena for food, shopping or entertainment and also swimming, fitness and games just up the road at the club house. Lisa is very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We will be recommending this place to our friends!
It was a great place to stay at to go check out downtown galena. It was a little further drive to downtown then we initially thought but still not bad. The house was was perfext size for us and had everything we needed.
Condo had everything we needed. Loved the walking trails. Lisa was great! If we go back to Galena, this is where we will stay!
I loved the decorating but I feel I do have to bring up some items that came to our attention that perhaps you would like to be aware of. Bathroom faucet in sink and toilet attached to the floor were both loose. When we went to have a fire the first nite, I noticed the broom for the fire utensils was broken. The kitchen faucet needs an aerator or something as when you turned it on you got sprayed all over your clothes. Front screen door does not lock securely from the inside. The dishes do NOT seem to be clean coming from the dishwasher. We had to wash by hand almost every pan and glass especially that we used. rings in the bottom of the glass and around where the fill like may have been. Perhaps some scouring pads would help to wash pans other than the dishwasher. The doors on the fireplace were black from the inside. we marked our initials in them KV/JV you could not see the fire through them. The rug in front of the fireplace; when I picked it up to shake it outside from the wood debris, there were two small dog size pee spots on the backside of the rug. Gross, I washed the rug myself as to not know it was there. The sliding door is not a good fit when trying to close it. you have to push on the back side of the door to get it to click closed, we were afraid that the small piece under the lock that goes into the wall would break off. you can slam it and it will close but in the long run it do not think it will hold up. and Lastly the laundry room is kind of gross. There are old paint cans and lots of dryer lint all over the walls and the floor is not clean. We have stayed in many units in the territory some good and some not so good. I liked the unit but whoever you have cleaning it is seeming to skip some important steps and perhaps relaying the information to you as an owner. We thank you again for letting us into your home and I hope the items mentioned above are helpful and not hurtful. Thanks. Kevin and Julie Vargas
