This is a fantastic location, and the owners are the best!

I would suggest this property to anyone wanting to stay in the Daytona/Ponce Inlet area. I suggest Ponce Inlet for those with younger kids because you don't have the concern of traffic up and down the beach.

This was a fantastic dream trip from beginning to end. If you are lucky enough to rent it (high demand for this condo year round), get it.

Nice winter stay

Location was great. Property was well kept. Would have been nice to have the pool heated in Feb. when the grandkids were visiting, however we were able to access the pool in the middle complex.

Great condo ! !

Great condo, great complex. It was exactly was we expected and more.....if you are golfers, you can find quality courses within 25-40 minutes. You have to play the Jones and the Hills courses at LPGA. If you prefer pool and beach in a quiet area with a very clean, well equiped condo, you will love this condo.

The owners, Allyson and John were wonderfull. They were present to welcome us at the condo. It was a first for us and it was greatly appreciated. Thank you. I recommend this condo without any hesitation.

A Gem of a Condo!

My husband and I have been renting oceanfront condos in Florida for a number of years, and this condo is unquestionably the loveliest that we have rented. It is beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and everything works! The location is ideal - beachfront but close to restaurants, grocery stores, cinemas, and other shopping.

The Towers complex is very well managed - beautifully landscaped grounds; high-security convenient parking (underground); quiet and friendly atmosphere; and a lovely pool area (there are three within the complex!). The condo owner was also extremely helpful and went out of her way to ensure that we were comfortable and pleased with the property. Lastly, this review would not be complete without a comment about the spectacular beach - clean, never crowded, and an excellent walking and bike-riding beach! We look forward to going back and recommend this condo highly!

Great condo in a great location.

We rented this condo for two months, February and March 2015 and very much appreciated the location, the comfort, the luxury, the spaciousness and all the amenities provided. The owner was very helpful and concerned with our satisfaction.

The view from the balcony is awesome, right on the no-drive portion of the beach, close enough to Daytona for all the activities and services but in a quiet area.

The Towers is a well managed building, with lots of security and excellent housekeeping. We also enjoyed the convenient parking space in the covered garage.

During the month of February, the weather was not warm enough to swim in the ocean, but we enjoyed riding the bikes on the beach and on the trails leading to the Ponce Inlet lighthouse, and the heated pools and the hot tubs were a great alternative to the beach.

This condo provides all the amenities needed and the furniture and the appliances are all upscale and in great condition. The washer and dryer in this unit were very convenient and we made good use of the high speed wi-fi internet and cable television.

We have rented many condos in this area in the last few years, and this is one the best yet.

Plenty for the outdoor lovers and water sport enthusiasts..great deep sea fishing, surfing, swimming, beach walking trails, picnicking, nature walks, para-sailing, jet skiing, scenic manatee and dolphin tours, charter a party boat or Yacht! Minutes away from Daytona International Speedway and New Smyrna for shopping, art galleries, antique shops and restaurants. This condo is conveniently located for great day trips! Approx. 1 1/2 hours to world famous Walt Disney World Resorts, Theme parks & attractions, Sea World, Universal Studios and refreshing water parks etc.! Take delight in the art, culture and history of majestic, Historic St. Augustine in approx. 1 hour.
