About the property

The home is located less than 900 ft from the beach with deeded access.

Less than 5 minute WALK to the beach. Spacious (over 1800 SQ/FT), fully furnished 3 bedroom 3 bath half duplex on a quiet street. Property has deeded beach access and is convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, marinas and all beach activities. The local Trolley passes by often.

Sleeps up to 8: 1 king, 1 queen, 2 full. All bedrooms and living room have flat screen TV's and Blu-ray players. FREE cable and WiFi included. All linens, bathroom towels, and kitchenware provided. Full kitchen. Washer & Dryer in unit.

There are many extras provided, including Weber grill, 4 adult and 2 children's bicycles, 1 adult tricycle, 6 beach towels, 4 beach chairs, and a beach wagon with cooler.

Unit has one carport space plus ample driveway parking for four more cars.

There is a community pool with water slides less than a mile away.

Please note: This rental is for Families only. NO college partying students. We have a 30 year old min age requirement for the booking person who also must be present at check in and during the entire stay. If we find that you arranged the rental under false pretenses, you will not be allowed to check in.

No smoking. No pets.

Spacious, clean, ideal!

We are a retired couple who stayed at Anchorage Palms ll for 3 weeks, Nov. 25 to Dec.16. It met and exceeded our expectations. It was very spacious, very clean and very convenient. The bedrooms were large, bathrooms and closets were also very roomy. The kitchen was very well equipped which I really appreciated since I cooked most of our meals during our stay. I really liked the open floor plan of the kitchen and living area. I also really liked the location of the lanai so it receives much sunshine, a great place for morning coffee!

Location, location, location! The home was close to the beach and also within walking distance to a Publix and yet on a side street. Considering how busy Estero blvd. often was, it was really nice to be on a side street!

For most of the three weeks it was only the two of us occupying the home but for a long weekend our 6 children and 3 of our grandchildren joined us. There was plenty of space for our family get together. The activity area below the living space was great for eating meals, playing cards, just being together.

During our first week we had some problems with the door lock and also with the internet service. The owners Ted and Shu-chen were very prompt and responsive and handled both problems quickly, efficiently and to our satisfaction. To me, that is the test of a good rental property! In addition Ted and Shu-chen provided us with recommendations for restaurants which we enjoyed.

As mentioned in my title description, this rental was ideal! It was very reasonably priced and I do hope we will have the opportunity to return to Anchorage Palms ll in the future.

Great house! Much bigger than the pictures make it look!

The location is great! The traffic isn’t bad this far down the island, and the beach access is just a couple minute walk straight across the road. One toilet ran constantly, and one shower head leaked really bad and ultimately broke, but the rest of the house made up for it. The downstairs screened lanai is HUGE and makes a great place to sit and relax while grilling or after dinner. The middle level lanai is also much bigger than expected and makes a nice place to sit and drink coffee in the morning. We would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I loved the it

I loved it, so did my wife and baseball teammates. I have been coming to Fort Myers for the past 5 years to play in the Roy Hobbs baseball tournament. This is by far the best property I have stayed in. I loved it so much I booked it for the following year before I left town.

Wonderful Rental

We had a great time at Anchorage Palms II. The rental comes equip with all of the essentials for having a great stay. The home is very clean and well taken care of, even the outside grill was clean! We will be staying here again! Thank you for everything.

Our go to home when we visit Fort Myers Beach again.

We had a wonderful vacation. Thank you to Don and the owners for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home. Every room was clean and spacious. We had everything what we needed to make our vacation more enjoyable. The cooler and beach chairs were a definite plus. No worries to purchase these items and what to do with them at the end of your trip. We will definitely be back and renting this particular home. Thanks again!
