Overview

About the property

Tasteful, quiet, and easy walking to Downtown and Old Mill

Quiet, cozy, retreat located downtown with a spacious kitchen, vaulted ceilings, recently remodeled furnishings, tasteful decor and kept immaculately clean.

Also recently updated with all modern amenities: bright custom-tiled bathroom, queen size bed, queen size sleeper sofa (4" mattress but a bed pad is kept in the bedroom closet), TV, Wi-Fi, and kitchen with a variety of appliances and equipment, but not many perishables except salt/pepper and sugar.

Perfect for weekend getaways, special events, families, or a friends weekend when rented in combination with the other two units on property too.

Close to: Sparrow Bakery for their famous Ocean Rolls; Boneyard Brewery for the best IPA in town; Jackson's Corner for their casual eating; McMennamins for their magical Turkish bath or whiskey bar or sofa filled movie theater; and Sarah's Raw and Vegan Cafe a few blocks away.

Please note that the price listed is the nightly rate and does not include the lodging tax or cleaning. Please inquire for the holiday rate.

I tend to not approve splitting up weekend nights, but if it's important, I'll charge the non-weekend night at the weekend rate.

You can visit my other Bend listings at VRBO #590159 and VRBO #452048

Thank you!

Great location perfect for couples

  • 5 of 5

We just spent our Labor Day weekend here in Bend and this was the perfect place to call home for a few days! It was a great spot for us (my husband and I) and our dog. The location cannot be beat, we were able to walk everywhere downtown we wanted to go and close to one of our favorites, Crux. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen, we cooked breakfast in every morning. We also took a drive to Mt Bachelor for the day and it was convenient for that (about 30-40 min) as well. We will definitely stay again next time we're in Bend. Thank you!!

Cute place, great location!

  • 5 of 5

Aside from the 3-hr delay getting into the unit, the unit is nice and location is really ideal. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great location and affordable

  • 4 of 5

This is the second time in 4 years that we've stayed at this property and there is much to love: the location and price are at the top. Due to an unforeseen water leak, we were offered the 2 bed/bth for a few days. It was a definite upgrade to have 2 comfy beds for a few days. Locals that passed by were friendly and our puppy introduced itself to many of the neighborhood dogs. I think it's time for deep cleaning and new interior paint. The sofa bed is shot.

Owner's Response: Hi Scott, Thank you so much for this feedback! I always want to keep the units looking nice and presentable and I take it to heart when I hear specific, simple ideas to make it better for everyone. If you wouldn't mind giving me even more specifics about the areas that needed extra cleaning I'd like to get right on top of that. Also, I wanted to thank you and apologize myself for the inconvenience of the bathroom leak. I really appreciate your flexibility in moving into the 2bdr while your unit was being fixed. We were all in panic mode and I'm really grateful for you being accommodating and understanding. Thanks for your return visit, Hannah

Bend, the land of breweries

  • 5 of 5

We loved the apartment. Really well appointed. Great location in a great little town. Within walking distance to most everything, or a short drive otherwise. Besides the massive amount of breweries, there is a whole bunch of outdoor activities. It's a beautiful place with lots to do.

Beautiful Bend

  • 5 of 5

My boyfriend and I have stayed here several times and absolutely love it! It is an easy walk to town and such a peaceful neighborhood. I rented it this time for my daughter and her husband who both turned 30. They had never been and had wanted to visit for a long time. They loved it as well and can't wait to go back. My son lives in Bend and this lovely cottage makes it easy to come visit several times a year. Looking forward to the next visit.
