There are two suites, with attached baths and walk in closets, plus a queen bedroom and den with queen sleep sofa. Check out our custom mosaic tile pool, huge spa, two patios, two fireplaces (indoor and outdoor) and citrus trees, all within walking distance to The River, Roy's, and a five minute drive to El Paseo's shopping and dining and the Westfield Mall in Palm Desert. Or grab your water bottle and walk straight to the popular Bump and Grind Trail for a morning hike. We have the best location in the desert!
As you enter the front door, your eyes are drawn to a stunning rock faced 'fire and ice' fireplace surrounded by comfy seating. The living room also features a new 55” LED television equipped with Netflix and Pandora. Or head to the cozy den to read, watch TV or browse the games, puzzles, books and cards stocked for quick entertainment.
An updated, well equipped kitchen features everything you might find in your own home PLUS a martini bar and a breakfast nook with seating for six, opening out onto the pool patio. A formal dining room seats six.
Other amenities include high speed wireless internet, washer/dryer, garage, lots of off street parking, high quality linens, nicely furnished patios, gas BBQ. We also offer a 'house stocking' service: we will fill the fridge from your list prior to your arrival, so you can settle in poolside and relax!

My husband and I bought Mar'TEE'ni Dreams for our future retirement and have spent many hours renovating it and adding the touches that we would want to see in a vacation home. We love the desert because it is filled with friendly people, has sunshine year round and is a wonderful escape from Big City life. We recently purchased a second home in the neighborhood, which we are also renovating in the Mid-Century style.

Mar'TEE'ni Dreams was a tired property in need of TLC when we bought it in 2009. But we could see the potential in the large yard (although with mostly dead plants!), pool, citrus trees and with the bones of the 1962 Mid-Century home that it was. The views from the garden spa are terrific -- especially at Happy Hour -- and we love watching the wild birds who frequent our newly landscaped desert garden and bird baths.
Everyone remarks on our beautiful ocotillos, which are a type of tall desert cactus which bloom in orange red flowers during the year. Our gardeners say they are the largest they have ever seen, at least 50 years old!
The house was everything we expected and more. Kate was wonderful and easily accessible. We will definitely return.
Mar'tee'ni dreams was just that, a dream! The decor and feel of the home is very vacation like and was extremely comfortable for my group and I. We enjoyed the pool, spa and BBQ for a majority of the time. There was maximum lounge space that allowed us all a comfortable place to gather inside and out. All the amenities your could ask for, clean, well stocked and Kate was so great at making sure we knew our way around. I just wish I could've stayed longer, I would definitely consider returning for the festival next year!
This is a beautiful, spacious, home in a great location. The neighborhood is very nice, and it is nice to be able to walk to Starbucks and restaurants if you don't want to drive. My daughters (and us) LOVED the beautiful pool, covered lanai area for shade, and grassy side yard. The house has everything you would ever need! Kate, the owner, goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. She even had snacks and fun kid cups waiting for my girls upon arrival, plus a bottle of wine for me :) When we come to the area again for vacation, we will definitely stay again!!!
We have stayed in this particular neighborhood a few times because of the great location and this house was just perfect. Decorated beautifully, fully stocked with everything you'd need: not only was all furniture comfortable to lounge in, house impeccably clean, beds super comfy, beach towel, floaties...you name it. Kate (homeowner) was very easy to work with and easily accessible. We had a fabulous time & would highly recommend! We will stay here again!!
This is a lovely home in a great location. It's truly like your home away from home - the kitchen has everything (and more) you need. Clean house, comfortable beds, lovely linens, and lots of beach towels for the pool. The hosts were very accommodating, and really wanted us to have a great vacation - and we did! We definitely would stay here again for another girls getaway.
The desert has so many activities year round -- everything from food and wine and music festivals to professional golf and tennis tournaments. We are also well known for film festivals and the annual Modernism Week, showcasing the best of modern design, architecture, clothing and jewelry. So many choices, so little time!!

Per the City of Rancho Mirage Vacation Rental Ordinance:
1. Contracting guest must be at least 30 yo and occupy the rental for the duration of the contracted period.
2. No amplified sound is permitted at any time.
3. Quiet hours are from 10 PM until 1 PM the following day.
1. Overnight: Six adults or 8 total, including children over the age of 3.
2. Daytime: In addition to the overnight occupants, guest may have up to 8 additional guests between 11 AM and 8 PM.
