Located directly across the street from the Kailua Beach Park and Boat Launch, this modern rebuilt two-story home has a front main house consisting of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchen/bar, 2 living rooms, 2 laundry facilities, a lanai with ocean views and a garage recreation room. There is a yard behind the home as well. This home sleeps 12 max (with exceptions made for small children.)
For sleeping arrangements there are 2 king size bedrooms, 2 queen size bedrooms, 2 queen sleeper sofas in the downstairs living room and 2 'dr. pitt' sectional couches upstairs that converts to a large sleeping area (suitable for 3 children or two adults). We also have port-a-cribs, high chairs and strollers on site.
The upstairs and downstairs of this house can be "separated" and rented out separately. The bedroom floor plan is the same for both upstairs and downstairs (consisting of 2 bedrooms, 1 King master suite and 1 Queen bed with additional full bath each). They each have their own entrance, kitchen/bar, living room, dining area, lounge area, air conditioning in all bedrooms and laundry facilities. The upstairs is more open and breezy than the downstairs. The downstairs includes use of the garage / recreation room with glass garage doors that open up. Separated costs:

For additional room, if necessary, there is a back ohana house which is a second story addition that consists of 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. It has an ocean view, wonderful breeze and a wrap around deck. Both houses have been essentially demolished and rebuilt from the ground up. Furnishings and design are comfortable, modern, contemporary and chic with luxury amenities and a classy touch. Pictures are still being updated regularly as improvements and additions are always being made.
This home is well stocked with all the essentials you need for ease of travel such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, cooking items, coffee, spices, condiments, laundry soap, tin foil, baggies, cleaning supplies, paper towels, sponges, toilet paper etc...
Recreational amenities for these homes will include complimentary use of outdoor equipment stored on site including 4 single kayaks, beach chairs, towels, sunscreen and snorkel gear. There is also a luxurious outside shower for easy use of washing off the beach.
Cancellation policy: Full refund minus 5% (for merchant and administrative fees) if cancelled more than 30 days from scheduled arrival. If cancelled within the 30 days, 50% of rental (deposit) will be forfeited unless it is rented for same time period.

Being fully remodeled from wall to wall and foundation to the roof, these homes were taken down to the bare shells and upgraded in every aspect. Everything except the exterior 4 walls and original foundation is new.
Kailua is my home and while I have bought, fixed up and sold many properties here and the outer-islands, this property appealed to me because of it's location. I got to design and remodel these homes to my liking with a modern, simplistic and contemporary flair. Needless to say, I will not be selling these homes ever.
It's modern, its chic, its comfortable and contemporary with luxury furnishings and fixtures. No need to drive when one of the world's best beaches is just feet away. Amenities include an outside shower and kayaks to venture to the Mokulua Islands. We will continue to enhance this amazing location where families can gather together in one prime location with plans to add a tropical hot tub area after we install our PV. We stock our homes with supplies, toiletries and condiments that make traveling and the overall enjoyment of our home more convenient and accommodating.
Thank you for letting us stay in your home. My husband, 2 children, niece, and I had a spectacular time. The house was across the street from one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Walked every morning and watched the breathtaking sunrises. We had ample space, beds were comfortable, enjoyed having access to the kayaks and beach chairs. We will definitely be back!
This house was perfect for our family of 12 plus baby. It has a great view of the ocean from the lanai and is across the street from a park entrance to the beach. Kailua beach is one of the top rated beaches in Hawaii and is great for adults and kids alike. The house is very newly remodeled and very well put together with many little extras that made it comfortable and fun for all. We highly recommend it to any family looking for the perfect place to stay in the Kailua area.
Let's just say we didn't want to leave. Very close to 2 of the most beautiful beaches in Oahu.
This house was a perfect gathering place for a group of 12 women from all around Oahu. I was impressed with the furnishing and comfortable vibe of this home. We all felt welcomed and had plenty of space for sleeping, cooking, and hanging out. This home felt like a private oasis tucked off the main road. I would definitely book this house again for any special occasion or long weekend escape with close friends and family.
We loved staying here and the adjacent property behind this beach house. It's very close to the most glorious beach (as in, across the street), and walkable to a couple of items "in town". You can beat the location, beautiful beach home itself, or offerings this homeowner provided - things like kayaks, a few beach toys for the younger ones, life jackets, and so on.
We were able to get a late checkout to accommodate our flight. We also checked in a tad earlier with no issues.
I hope we're able to go back one day!
This is the perfect house on beautiful Kailua Beach! We had 14 people get together for my wife's 50th birthday and also for Christmas and New Year's. It was the perfect experience! We had family from Washington, California and Georgia gather. Genette Simpkins and her employees made the reservation process easy. They were always professional and quick to respond to our needs. The photos on the website do not do justice for the actual house. It is actually much roomier than shown. The views of the ocean and Kailua Beach from the front elevated porch are much better than you can imagine! The new construction of the house was wonderful! They cut no corners and every little detail is well thought out and constructed perfectly with upgrades along the way. We had four families here with six children from 5 years old to 15 years old here. The kayaks, snorkeling gear, life vests, sand toys were greatly appreciated! The outdoor shower was perfect as well. The double kitchens were terrific! The large table was able to accommodate all 14 of us. The two large couches were able to sleep 3 children on each. This is the perfect house on the perfect beach on Oahu! We are so sad to have left the house and Kailua! We have many photos and videos for our memories. We hope to beable to return someday!
