Our town home is all about convenience and comfort. We boast the best location in Albuquerque, ample bright and airy space, charming modern decor, and a bounty of amenities. This is a great space for families or groups, as well as business travelers looking for the comforts of home.
New Mexico has some of the sunniest weather around, and this town house really lets you soak it all in. There are sky lights throughout the house, and a small patio in back where you can catch plenty of rays.
The one-story town house features 2 master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, queen sized beds, seating areas, and large closets with ample storage room. The third bedroom is connected to one of the master suites, and features a full bed and seating area. It also has its own private entrance.
The kitchen, dinning area, living area, and office are all open, with high ceilings. The living area features a fireplace, flat screen TV, an iHome player for you to connect your iPod or iPhone, and a DVD player.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to cook, including a Keurig and complementary coffee and tea.
The dinning area provides service for up to 8 people with a long elegant dinning table.
Finally, there is an office space with a small cable TV and plenty of room to get some work done when needed, and there is a WiFi connection.
There is also a 2 car garage and plenty of off-street parking.
In the heart of Old Town, we are situated in a town home complex that is a five minute walk from Old Town plaza, the New Mexico Museum of Natural History, Explora Science Center, The Albuquerque Art Museum, plenty of restaurants and bars, a Starbucks, Tiguex Park, and much more. Easy access to I-40, UNM, Nob Hill, Balloon Fiesta Park, and only a 10 minute drive from the Airport.
We will provide you with a binder that includes our recommendations for not-to-miss restaurants and attractions. We know the area well, and love to discuss our wonderful city!
We are available at all times via phone call, text, or email. We are always nearby to fix any problems that may arise or to answer any questions.
Home is clean, comfortable, spacious, well supplied and so convenient. Was a pleasure to meet Grace who was very responsive to our enquiries and meeting us on arrival.
Great location. Nice owner. 1980's era decor and appliances. Garage was nice to have. Low point was the swamp air conditioner and needing to keep the windows open and fans on, which was noisy.
Comfortable, spacious, convenient. Just what our family needed for an impromptu visit to Albuquerque. Special thanks to Grace and Susan who took such good care of us - responded to our needs quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this home away from home!
Our family of four adults spent 2 nights here (wish it had been longer!) and it was ideal. The Old Town area with lots of shops and historical architecture is just down the street, a bistro with some nice New Mexican wines is practically next door, and the downtown, UNM, and Nob Hill areas are all within quick & easy driving distance. The condo is spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. Grace was quick to respond to our questions and Susan was especially welcoming - plus she had some fantastic food recommendations!
We were 6 and the place for perfect stay for us. We had a very good time seeing around in Albuquerque and had great sleep in the nights. The house is well supplied and my parents were really happy for the coffee supplies😊
This was a very nice, large condo in a very convenient location near Old Town in Albuquerque. Very clean and well-supplied, and we had a great time.
Incredible location near Old Town in Albuquerque, filled with shops, restaurants, and several important museums. Nearby Bosque trails along the Rio Grande River are great for walking, biking, rollerblading, and viewing wildlife. Located near 1-40 which is your quick gateway to the rest of Albuquerque in a matter of minutes.
