Just like home

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was so well stocked it was like being at home. We wanted to make smoothies, there was a blender. Coffee maker, toaster, beach chairs, beach towels, laundry basket, everything you could possibly need. Four of us stayed and had plenty of room . We loved the location. Although close to a public beach access, most of the time, there were very few people on the beach. There were 2 gas Weber grills next to the pool, so we had steaks one night for dinner . This condo really has everything you could possibly need. We had a smart TV with blue tooth sound at and a Wii. We also found binoculars, games and books for our enjoyment . Having a keyless entry was so convenient. Laundry facilities were located close to the condo . Be sure to bring your own quarters!! Beds were comfy and everything was clean. Wifi worked perfectly . Be aware one of the bedrooms is upstairs so if stairs are an issue this condo won't work for you. We loved it because it gave us plenty of space . My husband and I and our son and daughter in law stayed here and it was great for us.

Off the beaten path; eassy access to everything

This was our first visit to Maui and we were looking for a centrally located, economical condo.

The condo was nice, comfortable and provisioned with everything we needed for cooking, cleaning, etc. It is located in Maalaea, which seemed like an off the beaten path location. It's right by a beach, next to a park and near a nature preserve/wetland. This was great for a family and the kids loved it. It wasn't the best beach on Maui but we didn't hangout there except in the morning right after we got up. A lot of beaches are a quick drive and coming back to a quiet place at the end of the day was very relaxing.

Great location - nice accommodations

Two couples enjoyed 12 great days February 19 to March 2nd at B11.

The condo was very clean, with nice added touches. We used the common area BBQ each evening for meals and they worked great. The rooms were nice (although the lower bedroom was a bit warm a couple nights).

There was an AC unit in the living room and another smaller AC unit in the upstairs bedroom but the main floor bedroom could have used a small AC unit a couple of evenings.

We used the balcony for breakfast in the mornings and the one day it rained. Most days we spent at the beach in front of the condo. There were turtles there each day and the water was very clear until the last day or two when the weather cooled off a bit. The beach was fairly quiet (just how we like it) and for the most part there wasn't very many other people there.

We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a quiet beach with very little development.

Location, Location, Location!

B11 was the perfect condo for our first trip to Maui! Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenagers) loved everything about this condo. The condo was clean, had a well stocked kitchen/pantry with everything you could possibly need, the beach chairs, coolers, umbrella, and boogie boards were awesome. We used the pool, gas grills, lawn chairs, laundry facilities and beach that was steps away from our door. The complex is easy to find (even at midnight) on a dead end quiet road. B11 overlooks the ocean and a small parking area for a park entrance. This area was a bit noisy over the weekend, but everyone cleared out by Monday. The beach was never crowed and is known for the longest stretch of undeveloped property. As we easily traveled around the entire island from this location, we quickly discovered how nice it was to be on this quiet street away from the hustle and bustle of crowded areas like Kihei and Wailea. We were able to walk to the marina where many of the snorkeling and whale watching tours leave from. Thank you for making our first trip to Maui unforgettable!
