Spectacular 3 bedroom, oceanfront condo in mint condition located on the cliffs of Cupecoy with stunning views of the turquoise Caribbean Sea, only steps from Cupecoy Beach. You can enjoy spectacular sunsets from any of our four private terraces. The villa is an end unit allowing for more privacy and more views than most units and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sunken living room, 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The property has WIFI internet access, Satellite TV and a telephone for island local calls only.

Cupecoy Beach Club is a lovely low rise community with townhouse style condominiums. It's situated right on the cliffs of Cupecoy allowing you to enjoy the soothing sounds of the surf. This unit is on the top floor so you don't have people above you - that's a huge perk! And by top floor, it's only one exterior flight of stairs to the front door. These are not high-rise condos. You are on the 2nd floor of a three story tall condo complex. Our unit has the 2nd and 3rd floor.

Within the gated property you will find a newly renovated swimming pool with swim up bar flanked by comfortable chairs and umbrellas on an expansive pool deck.

Everything you need for a memorable vacation is here. Daily housekeeping is included and all your essential beach gear is provided - towels, chairs, cooler. Hair dryers, safes, iron and ironing board are here for your use as well. The multiple oceanfront terraces tease the senses with the sounds and smells of the beautiful Caribbean Sea allowing you to drink in the sights and sounds of this ultimately relaxing place.
