Sleeps 6 comfortably with queen sleeper sofa. Many services and shopping within walking distance Fully furnished with 2 flat screen TVs (in LR & Master BR), 2 large built in closets, iron and ironing board,washer & dryer, and functional equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Toaster, coffee maker, and pantry in kitchen. Bar stools are in dining area. Bedroom consists of queen size bed, flat screen TV, and ample storage. Bath has a double sinks, shower/tub combination as well as plenty of storage. Bed, bath and kitchen linens are provided. Condo has central A/C and heat. Cox Cox Cable and Free WiFi. Garage parking for two vehicles plus additional parking on premises. Lovely balcony outside of master bedroom with a seating area. Storage shed is available for long term renters.

We were well pleased! Perfect location for visitors to experience the culture and heritage of Baton Rouge. Extremely convenient, everything in walking distance or driving distance up to 5 miles. Looking forward to staying here again during my visit with family.

Great Location, Clean, Well Stocked, Great Owners

Our stay was over Thanksgiving and it was great. The condo is nicely furnished, fully stocked with whatever you need, convenient to stores and most importantly LSU. The owners are fantastic and very responsive! Overall a great experience!

This condo was our temporary home and it felt like home!

My husband and I along with our 2 kids stayed in this condo for 2 months while our new home was under construction. The condo truly felt like home for us! The furnishings were comfortable, the location is great and we felt perfectly safe day and night. The owner was very accommodating and helpful and made our experience very positive. We are very grateful to have found such a great temporary home for our family! I highly recommend the condo and the owner.

Exactly as Advertised

I stayed at the condo for a little more than three weeks while working in the area. The property was clean and comfortable as advertised and mentioned in other reviews. The area had everything I needed within one block, plus easy accessibility to other parts of Baton Rouge. The location was very convenient to my workplace near Carville / Geismar. It would work well for a family or group travelling together. This was the first time I've used VRBO.com, I was pleasantly surprised. The property owner was accommodating and responsive.
