Walk to the MN State Fair a do not miss event before Labor Day. Very quiet area.

Ever since being introduced to the neighborhood while attending the University of Minnesota I have loved the charming village feel, the quite streets and the central location.

My husband and I stayed in this well furnished apartment while we were in St Paul for our daughter's wedding. There was enough room for us to host a social gathering in preparation for the wedding. The owners were very accommodating for this additional use of their space. We very much enjoyed this get away during the hectic week. It was peaceful and very comfortable. I would stay here again.

The property was just as described, and there were no disappointments. I especially liked the access to the shared laundry because I ended up doing a load everyday during my five-day stay.
There was a massive thunderstorm that dumped a lot of rain in a short period of time and I was concerned that water might seep into the basement apartment. I was so relieved to return to a completely dry space.
The apartment is close to the Minnesota State Fairgrounds which is where the event was that brought us to St. Paul, so that was convenient.
The unit is very spacious and perfect for a family visit to the twin cities. Is close to all of the attractions in the area and is located in a very nice neighborhood.
I loved St. Anthony Park neighborhood for strolling, shopping, feasting on pastry and great coffee. So close to the #3 bus for easy access to both downtown St. Paul and Minneapolis. Just a brief walk up the hill to the UM campus for the raptor rehab center and the Student Center's exotic homemade ice cream flavors.
I loved the patio and grill. My daughter and her partner, whom I was visiting for the month of August without being underfoot, took full use of the space after they were done with work for the day.
Robert and his wife were the perfect hosts -- there but not hovering. The basement apartment suited me just fine -- roomy and quiet, and clean, and well equipped. I hope to return.
Great value, great location, nice owners. We have stayed at this property twice. I would only suggest the small shower needs a gooseneck pipe from the wall and a different shower head so that the water comes straight down rather than out the door and onto the floor when you first go to turn it on.
