Ideally located in the heart of the French Riviera, close to Nice airport and the SNCF station of St Laurent du Var, 10 minutes from Nice and Antibes, close to all shops and beaches. Transport access (bus).

This 3 room apartment, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom is very bright and enjoys a superb view that extends up to Marina Baie des Anges. Inside, peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. To better accomodate you, a well ventilated lounge gives on a pleasant terrace where you will be able to take your meals in front of the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped and equipped open onto the dining area and a view of the comfortable lounge with satellite TV, DVD player, canal bein, internet connection.

Mr et Mme Girard ont su répondre avec beaucoup de simplicité et souplesse à nos demandes particulières en terme de durée.

Ils ont été soucieux de notre bien être tout au long du séjour et nous avons apprécié ce contact chaleureux.

Arrivés sur les lieux, l'appartement refait à neuf est décoré avec beaucoup de gout, les équipements ne manquent pas, tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour.

La vue panoramique est magnifique. Nous avons profité de la terrasse orientée plein sud tous les jours malgré l'hiver. Quel plaisir de regarder la baie de Cagnes sur Mer depuis l'aéroport de Nice jusqu'au Cap d'Antibes, à couper le souffle!

La résidence est sécurisée, le grand parking fermé en sous sol est très appréciable. Equipé de wifi et des chaines canal+, ceci est un plus. La situation de cet appartement est idéale pour accéder au bord de mer, au centre de St Laurent du Var et de Cagnes, à proximité de l'autoroute A8 et proche du centre commercial Cap3000 en voiture.

Quel régal ce doit être en saison estivale de profiter de la piscine à débordement avec sa magnifique vue panoramique. Je recommande vivement ce logement dans lequel nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de plus de 2 mois.
