This 52 sqm (560 sq ft) apartment, recently redesigned and furnished, is located in the heart of the Old Town of Brasov - Piata Sfatului. The apartment resides in an 1890 building, Casa Mandl, and has a gorgeous view of the square, with the Black Church (Biserica Neagra) to the left and the Council House (Casa Sfatului) to the right.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor (with door code, without elevator) and features everything one may require for a comfortable stay in Brasov. The main room is 28 sqm (300 sq ft) and it features a living room area with a sofa and two armchairs, 32 Inch HDTV with Satellite (over 100 channels including English, German, Italian, Russian), Wi Fi access, fully equipped kitchen area with Miele appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, electric stove), dining room area for up to four people, and much more.

The apartment has a small balcony hanging over Piata Sfatului. Take your chair and book, step out on the balcony and enjoy the sun and the lively atmosphere of the square.

The apartment also features a 13 sqm (140 sq ft) lovely loft where the bedroom is located.

The bathroom is covered with warm-colored Vratza limestone and has a minimalist design. It includes ViIleroy&Boch WC and sink and a Hansgrohe Raindance shower. Everything inside is brand new and top of the line done in modern renovation style. This apartment is the ultimate luxury that Brasov has to offer in the absolutely most charming central location.

For American tourists, 110V US standard wall plugs are available throughout the apartment.

This ultra luxurious and brand newly renovated studio apartment is located in the very heart of Brasov's historic district directly next to the main square of Piata Sfatului and near all of downtown Brasov attractions including the well-known Biserica Neagra which is across the square. Dozens of restaurants, cafes and nightclubs are all nearby.

This home belongs to a set of three apartments which occupy the first floor of the building. The three apartments can be rented together, communicating with each-other. The resulting 220 sqm extended apartment can host a party of 8-10 people.

Stay nowhere else!!

This property is the perfect apartment for 2 people. Amazing location overlooking the square. Amenities and cleanliness were pristine. You truly get an authentic Romanian experience. Michaela and Dorin were Wonderful!!!

Top location in Brasov old town

This lovely apartment is in a great location overlooking the square in Brasov old town. The apartment is beautifully equipped and has everything you might need including a washing machine. Fortunately there was no guest staying the night before so we were able to check in early after coming on an over night train. Our host was easily contactable during our stay whenever we had any questions. Brasov is quite small so the apartment is very close to all the sights in Brasov including the black church. We always found free parking for our hire car not too far away. Brasov is a great place to use as a base to explore Transylvania and I definitely recommend this apartment.

Beautiful Rental in the Heart of Brasov!

I'm a HomeAway employee, and this was the first time I've booked with one of our property listings. I deliberately didn't let the owners know this, because I wanted the same experience that all of their guests have. They were incredible. Adrian and Mihaela Ionescu were responsive, helpful, and went the extra mile to make me feel welcome. Their helper Izabelle met us at the property to show us the ropes, and she was extremely helpful as well. The property is gorgeous, and right in the city center of Brasov. The atmosphere is lively, and everything we wanted to see (The Black Church, the ancient city gates, the Tampa Mountain lift to the top of the hill), as well as plenty of restaurants and shopping were all within walking distance. There's an artisan's market in the square Thurs-Sun, and there's always a local band playing, (though, they make sure to stop at 10:30 PM, so people staying in the area can rest). The inside of the property is spacious, elegant, modern, and spotless! High ceilings, huge tub, rain shower, washer/dryer, comfy couches, satellite TV, and beautiful décor. The Ionescu's were also able to recommended a driver to take us around the area to all of the castles outside of Brasov. (Vali was our driver, and he was wonderful). Hiring a driver is probably the best way to go, and extremely affordable. (We took a bus from the airport to the train station, and rode the train to Brasov, then took a cab to the property, on the way there, and ended up paying the driver to take us directly from Brasov to the airport in Bucharest, and it cost less than our train tickets). If I ever go back to visit Romania, this is where I will stay.

Adorable Apartment!

We had a great time in Brasov, in no small part due to the amazing location of this apartment. It is right on Piata Sfatului and within walking distance to everything. The view from the balcony was awesome, almost like a fairy tale. The apartment was very clean and quiet, with modern furnishings and stylish decor. We would love to go back to Romania one day and would not hesitate to rent this apartment all over again.
