This newly renovated luxurious Charleston Single offers every amenity guests need to experience all the best Charleston has to offer. Our home sleeps 8 comfortably and is decorated in a crisp midcentury style fusing the charm of old Charleston architecture with modern decor. The ample Living Room offers seating for 6-8 in a spacious layout perfect for having cocktails with friends or relaxing after a long day shopping. The Dining area seats 6-8 and the fully stocked Kitchen with stainless steel appliances has place settings for 8 making this the perfect home to enjoy with friends. We offer guests the finest luxury linens and towels for a relaxing and restful stay. Our Malouf Egyptian high thread count linens, plush pillow top mattresses and plump pillows are 5 Star hotel-worthy. The gracious Master Bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet and large en suite bathroom. Bedroom #2 is upstairs and has two generous queen beds and wonderful light. Bedroom #3 is also upstairs and has a twin bed with twin trundle stored beneath it perfect for children or single guests. The two upstairs bedrooms share a full bath room located in the hall between the rooms. There is a pull out sofa in the Living Room which sleeps 2 comfortably. We have extra linens, towels and pillows to ensure you have everything you need for your guests. Our location is very desirable as we are located within 2 blocks of all of the popular attractions in town and are located in Charleston's Restaurant District neighborhood Elliottborough and Cannonborough. We are just steps from the city's award winning chefs, art galleries, bakeries, yoga studios and more. Right outside our door is a local favorite Two Boroughs Larder serving fun dishes in a cool environment. And just down the street is the new and very popular Chez Nous-the city's best kept secret restaurant. This home is fully renovated, has two off street parking spaces reserved for guests, is professionally decorated and boasts a full gourmet kitchen along with washer and dryer. Our beautiful porch capturing lovely breezes is perfect for entertaining and our full dining table graciously seats 6-8 for in home dining.

Perfect for a large wedding party/group

My daughter 's wedding was in Charleston this past Saturday. We spent the long weekend at "the Compound" with the entire wedding party and it was absolutely perfect! Large enough to accommodate the group and yet had.areas of privacy too, to get away. The decor and attention to detail was impeccable! All beds were comfortable and had the nicest linens. The kitchens were nicely stocked with lots of bar ware for entertaining. Andrew ,the VRBO host could not have been more accommodating! A pleasure to deal with , easily accessible if needed otherwise out of sight. And one final note- free parking for many cars which is almost unheard of in Charleston! I highly recommend this place - you will not regret it!

Great Option for Downtown Charleston

Fantastic location, within easy walking distance to many of the best things to eat, see and do in Charleston. Having off-street parking is a huge plus as well. Andrew was very responsive before and during our stay. We had a family group of 9 and the house/suite is roomy and very well-maintained, especially the master bed/bath, kitchen and living room, which made our stay really enjoyable.

The location, home and quality of service was absolutely wonderful. We selected the Piazza for a Bachelorette weekend and could not have been more pleased. The owner was very accommodating and the home had absolutely everything we needed. We were able to have a wonderful home cooked meal in the gourmet kitchen on the first night and enjoyed mimosas on the Piazza before heading out for our excursions for the balance of the weekend. Comfort, quality, convenience and beauty of home made this weekend retreat the perfect setting for our girls weekend.

Location doesn't get much better!

We had 8 girls travel to Charleston for a bachelorette weekend and this property couldn't have been better. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The porch is amazing and spend quite a bit of time out there. We had a little confusion with our check-in, but Andrew was able to fix it pretty quick. If I ever come back to Charleston with a large group would definitely stay here again.

Nice!

Andrew was very nice and acccomodating to let us in to a unit waiting to be cleaned to use the restroom when we arrived early for check in. I think it was a bit after 3 when we could get in but we just hung out having lunch and exploring for awhile. And he texted us as soon as the unit was ready. It was very clean, so worth the wait. We have stayed at a lot of timeshares and VRBOs and this was by far the most well stocked with toiletries, towels, and a well stocked kitchen. The master was huge, and the room with 2 Q had ample space. The room with the twin and trundle was pretty small and would best be used for children, or a young couple. The upstairs bath was also small, but we just shared out master bath, which was amazing, with the others. It was possible to walk to the historic district, but quite a hike. We normally took Uber. But walked almost back to the condo after the wine bar by accident after we went the wrong way. Then we turned around and walked back to the market area to eat, so it is possible, even in summer. The kitchen was well equipped, and the den full of light; the porch was fun, and it all had a lot of charm. We enjoyed it and would not hesitate to book with Andrew again. Off street parking was nice, too!
