Unit features a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a queen and a twin bed in the guest bedroom.
Conveniently located just one mile from the Gulf of Mexico (five minutes by boat) on the south side of the river, condo units are situated right next door to Good Times Marina, which carries all of your fishing, boating and scalloping supplies.
Good Times Marina also houses the “Who Dat Bar and Grille,” where you and the family can enjoy great food and beverages – including cooking your catch at the end of the day!
If you love scalloping, fishing, or just relaxing on the water, this is definitely the place for you!

I Do think they need to work on some things. They did have ants so had to keep spaying those and all the dead ones around the baseboard that were already dead I would think the cleaning people would have gotten those up but no they were still there. Also the grill does not work, we had a party planned and actually had to borrow a grill so that was a bummer and luckily some nice ppl let us use theirs. I tried to call about the ants and no answer and the voice mail was full. Don't think that's good when you run a rental company. Overall the place was good and I would stay there again but they do need to work on an few things.
Surprisingly nice place right on the water. Everything was top notch, and I travel quite a bit. A great array of cooking equipment.
Having your own dock slip was a great advantage for us.
The apartment is in the river where there is a no wake zone, but only takes about 7 minutes to get to the channel/bay.
If you have a painted trailer and want your boat put in by lift, there is a marina on the other side of the river. We heard that Sea Hag won't do it unless you're staying there, but River Haven will for $18 for in and out.
There is a small grocery store in the area, but if you are looking for a large grocery store you'll have to travel to Perry, which is a bit of a hike. Make sure to bring food in if you want a large selection or cheaper prices.
