Unit features a queen size bed in the master bedroom and four twin beds in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom and living room comes complete with its own television.
Conveniently located just one mile from the Gulf of Mexico (five minutes by boat) on the south side of the river, condo units are situated right next door to Good Times Marina, which carries all of your fishing, boating and scalloping supplies.
Good Times Marina also houses the “Who Dat Bar and Grille,��� where you and the family can enjoy great food and beverages – including cooking your catch at the end of the day!
If you love scalloping, fishing, or just relaxing on the water, this is definitely the place for you!

This unit was acceptable but needs a little update. It also was missing a lot of cleaning supplies and normal kitchen utensils. Bedding linens were a below average but the price was right and the view was great. Having the dock right under the unit was very convenient also. The scalloping and fishing was amazing and the people up in Steinhatchee are great!
Our stay was terrific. Easy entry, extremely clean and convenient departure. The mattress was extremely plush and the kitchen had all the amenities. We look forward to another stay in the spring. Thank you!
