These modern, picturesque, waterfront condos features a floating aluminum dock with a designated boat slip for each unit and a private ground floor tackle storage locker for anglers. For those looking to kick back and relax, start your mornings off watching the sun rise with coffee on the scenic balcony overlooking the scenic Steinhatchee River before unwinding in or around our riverfront pool.

Unit features a queen size bed in the master bedroom and four twin beds in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom and living room comes complete with its own television.

Conveniently located just one mile from the Gulf of Mexico (five minutes by boat) on the south side of the river, condo units are situated right next door to Good Times Marina, which carries all of your fishing, boating and scalloping supplies.

Good Times Marina also houses the “Who Dat Bar and Grille,��� where you and the family can enjoy great food and beverages – including cooking your catch at the end of the day!

If you love scalloping, fishing, or just relaxing on the water, this is definitely the place for you!

A few problems that I want to list.

A few problems that I want to list. No bath soap or shampoo, floor drain in shower very slow standing in inch to an inch and a quarter of water, pool very dirty no chlorine. No Wi-Fi. One of the dining room chairs was broken not possible to set in. Kitchen receptacles were on ground fault breaker which was tripped and one receptacle would not work. draining was a problem for both showers. Door from living room going out on to balcony was very very difficult to lock. No TV in the bedrooms. Just music problems operating the microwave might be operator error don’t know. Not much TP in either bathroom. Emily I hope all these points assist you in making it a little better for your next guess.

Nice simple place. Great view and cold air. All the appliances worked.

Some of the other units were larger and nicer inside

This unit was acceptable but needs a little update. It also was missing a lot of cleaning supplies and normal kitchen utensils. Bedding linens were a below average but the price was right and the view was great. Having the dock right under the unit was very convenient also. The scalloping and fishing was amazing and the people up in Steinhatchee are great!

Perfect Accomadations

Our stay was terrific. Easy entry, extremely clean and convenient departure. The mattress was extremely plush and the kitchen had all the amenities. We look forward to another stay in the spring. Thank you!
