Two Blocks From The Champs De Mars And The Eiffel Tower

A treasure of a little place. Safe and comfortable and everything you need within 2 blocks of the Eiffel Tower.

We thought we were going to dislike the place when we arrived but soon realized that every space was well utilized and impressively organized. My husband and I had two big bags of stuff and a guitar. When we unpacked and put our clothes in the closet with big flat drawers and tuck our suitcases under the bad, it was as comfortable as home. It had many thoughtful features such as a safe where we could lock up passport and cash, and even a transformer for different voltage of electricity from what we use in the USA. The water closet and shower units ARE small, but it wasn't a problem for us because I am 5'4"110lbs and my husband is 6'2" but very skinny. The quarter of a circle shape shower unit seems to be 2x2 ft., but hot water was great, and the window unit of air-conditioner was very nice especially the week we were there was in 90 degree weather. It had very small dishwasher, oven, microwave, and even a washer combined with dryer which took some time for us to figure out how to use, but there was a binder that had all the instructions in English, so it was no problem. All other people at the conference were talking about going to a laundromat, but we were doing our laundry while sleeping. My husband and I were there only to sleep and take rests during the day for an hour or so because we had a busy schedule with the conference, so it was everything that we needed. The deck was little disappointing. I was looking forward to sitting out and having a take-out meal some nights, but it is nothing that can be used for having a meal on because it was pretty dingey without getting enough sunlight, but it was okay because we had dinner appointments for almost every night. Abundant great restaurants and proximity to many points of interest through the Ecole Militare Metro stop was one of the benefits this place offers. If we go back, we will definitely use this place.

Nice little apartment, very well located and exactly as advertised. I stayed for 8 days with my grandson. The apartment is small, with two rooms, a shower room and a toilet room. One room is the bedroom and one room is the combined dining area and kitchen. Washer dryer, refrigerator, dish washer, stove, sink and oven are all conveniently and efficiently located in this small space. We spent very little time in the apartment, so the small size was not an issue at all. I would rent this property again

This is the fourth year I've rented this apartment. It's in a wonderful area of Paris, just a few blocks from the Eiffel Tower. Many good and reasonably priced restaurants are a short walk away. Shortly, I'll be making plans for 2019!
