Local Cleveland-er, that loves my home town.
A.M. Byram purchased this apartment in 2000
You will feel at home in this neighborhood. Great neighbors, great restaurants, and it's very safe. This is an old neighborhood, filled with the energy of youth. This apartment is so close to the Cleveland Clinic, University Hospital, and Case Western Reserve University that you can literally walk there. Unbelievable Italian restaurants within blocks. 3 minute drive to Cleveland Clinic.
The area has the energy of youth, and the wisdom of age all in one place.
Owner was very responsive. The apartment was exactly as described. Clean. Everything you need, home away from home. I would definitely stay here again. Great little bar a short walk away called Lounge Leo.
Very nice place to stay. You won't be dissapointed
This is the second time we've stayed in this great place in Little Italy. The space is beautiful and comfortable and extremely clean. It is just a quick walk to the great bars and restaurants of Little Italy! The owner of this property is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend
This property is fantastic! Very clean, contemporary, and close to everything we needed. Parking was convenient, a short walk to some great restaurants and the owner was wonderful to work with. Checking on us frequently throughout the two week stay. Would highly recommend staying here!
This is a well-appointed and comfortable property. Location can't be beat. Would definitely stay here again.
After a day of shopping at Legacy Village and Beachwood Place it was just a short ride to this apartment. We were pleasantly surprised how clean, neat and well maintained this unit is. It was a short walk to Little Italy and Trattoria Roman Garden and the best eggplant parm I've had in a long time. The next morning we walked back to Little Italy and Presti's for a wonderful breakfast. All four of us agreed that we would definitely stay here again. The beds were very comfortable and the unit is exactly as pictured. Parking was no issue even on a Saturday night. You can't go wrong with this apartment.
