Additional Rules & Regulations The guest is responsible for any missing or damaged items in the unit belonging to the owner. The costs for the repair or replacement of these items will be deducted from the security deposit or charged to credit or debit card on file. All items in the unit are inventoried after each departure. Pool wristbands should be returned to avoid a replacement fee. There should be no more than four guests staying in the condo. Absolutely no smoking is allowed in the unit. There are plenty of common outdoor areas where you can smoke. Absolutely no pets are allowed. The property owners are not responsible for any cases of theft or replacement of stolen valuables from the unit during the guest’s stay. The guest acknowledges that it is the responsibility of the guest to keep the entrance door closed and locked, and patio doors closed and locked while absent. Guest shall permit owner and the agents and employees of the owner to enter into and upon the demised premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspecting the same. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the staff, including excessive noise, throwing items from the balconies, destruction of property, behavior resulting in complaints from other guests, etc, may result in immediate eviction, and in legal cases, notification of the authorities. In such cases, no refunds will be made.
