Our ground floor, three bedroom beachfront apartment offers a gourmet kitchen, huge patio, 75' flat screen smart television with Sonus surround sound. Elegantly furnished for your air-conditioned comfort, the breathtaking view of Seven Mile Beach is your panorama.

FOR LARGER GROUPS, Our sister property VRBO/Homeaway #784598 directly next door can be rented as well!

Our spacious master bedroom offers beachfront views from your king-size bed just off of our 400 square foot patio. The bedroom also has a large, walk though closet to a stunning bathroom which offers a spacious double-sink vanity and features a walk-in shower area offering a 14' rain shower head coupled with six body shower heads and a hand and wall shower.

Our second bedroom is stunning in it's own right with its king size bed, large closets and a huge private bathroom offering a full size, freestanding tub which goes perfectly with champagne for two.

All bedrooms offer 40' flat screen televisions and a Sonos music systems.

Lovely beachfront property!

This condo sits right on the beachfront of beautiful seven mile beach and did not disappoint. It was a great alternative to the crowded resorts on Grand Cayman Island and we had this section of the beach more or less to ourselves. The condo itself is in excellent condition and well maintained. There was more than enough room for our family of 5!

John was an excellent source for information about the island and was readily available throughout our stay. He had great recommendations for restaurants and even helped provide a boat charter company for a trip to Stingray City!

We definitely highly recommend this unit and are sad to leave the beautiful weather and amazing sunsets.

It is as pictured. Would love to make it regular vacation

Many people have said nice things and I agree with them all

Practical things: a car is a good idea and Andy’s car rental is across the street.

The grocery stores close on Sunday. You can walk to them but will want a taxi back if you don’t have a car.

Nice sound system in the house but you might want a portable speaker for outside.

Awesome Unit!

We took our 2 Sons and their wives along with one of our Grandsons for a family vacation. The unit is just as stated, very large, nice bedrooms and plenty of living space. It is located on some of the best beach area on 7 mile beach. Very quiet area not too close to the bars where the cruise ship vacationers converge on but close enough to walk down and enjoy what they have to offer. Owner is very good to work with and responds promptly.

Perfect!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our family vacation of four adults and four teens. Everything was exactly as pictured and the other reviews stated—the condo has everything. To walk right out to the beach was incredible. The owner, John, was super helpful with our questions before and during the trip.

It is within walking distance to Camana Bay and several other restaurants. We used concierge grocery delivery service John recommended, which worked great.

We highly recommend and hope to return!

Fabulous place! Highly recommend and would go back

Place is fantastic, spacious, new. Great location on the island, easy to go out or pick up at nearby places. Private roped off beach area is amazing... also the facilites are mostly owner occupied, so even during peak period there are very few people on the beach (we looked over to the Marriott and was greatful we were not there). Unit is stocked with basics, which is very nice (been to other locations where you had to bring every little thing). Also, the lagune / pond has tons of turtles, which the kids loved. Only draw back was the pool (debris) / hot tub (heat didn't turn on until early evening)... also as the units are owner occupied, you will find that generally you are the only ones there... plus or minus depending on what you want, we loved it. Owner was amazing and nearby! He went way beyond!!! Daughter had an allergic reaction and he took us to the hospital.
