Our ground floor, three bedroom beachfront apartment offers a gourmet kitchen, huge patio, 75' flat screen smart television with Sonus surround sound. Elegantly furnished for your air-conditioned comfort, the breathtaking view of Seven Mile Beach is your panorama.

FOR LARGER GROUPS, Our sister property VRBO/Homeaway #784598 directly next door can be rented as well!

Our spacious master bedroom offers beachfront views from your king-size bed just off of our 400 square foot patio. The bedroom also has a large, walk though closet to a stunning bathroom which offers a spacious double-sink vanity and features a walk-in shower area offering a 14' rain shower head coupled with six body shower heads and a hand and wall shower.

Our second bedroom is stunning in it's own right with its king size bed, large closets and a huge private bathroom offering a full size, freestanding tub which goes perfectly with champagne for two.

All bedrooms offer 40' flat screen televisions and a Sonos music systems.

Personalized, Posh, and Private!

Our family of five did not have to skimp at all on our "must-haves" with this vacation! Being right on the private beach was the best. And the contrast was remarkable to the alternative of being at a crowded resort cluttered with row after row of tightly packed lounge chairs and umbrellas. I simply stepped outside in the mornings and enjoyed every sunrise pretty much to myself. We loved swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, and using the floats provided right outside the screened in patio. Other activities were available close by, like our dinner sail trip. The unit itself was spectacular, immaculate, and comfortable with all the amenities. Loved the pool too and my husband enjoyed the grill. Glad we did not rent a car as it was so easy to get around to restaurants and the grocery. Most everyone we encountered on the island was very friendly, starting with the personal greeting/info session upon our arrival.

John is clearly passionate about sharing the good life with those who stay at his properties. We hope to return soon!

great stay

We really enjoyed our time at Leguna de Mar. It was very roomy for 6 adults. The fact that it opened up to the beach was perfect. It was so easy to be able to walk in and out of the unit to get food and drinks. John was extremely responsive with questions and requests. The unit is also very close to a lot of great restaurants and bars. We would love to come back one day and would choose to stay here again.

Amazing location!! Everything you could ask for!

We absolutely loved our week at this condo and wouldn’t hesitate to go back!! We already miss it!! John was a wonderful host and helped with anything we went to him about as well. He was extremely responsive and went out of his way to ensure we were taken care of.

This location couldn’t have been better for us. We looked to the right and to the left all week and saw tons of people on the beach at the hotels, but ours was completely private. The first floor walkout was just perfect. There are some rocks that can be tricky when you swim out a little bit if you don’t like walking on them. We had a couple girls that weren’t fans of it at first, but it can’t be beat for snorkeling. We saw so many different fish and even saw a baby nurse shark. The rocks also give you a nice little pool area in front of them which was ideal for our youngest. We had a hard time tearing ourselves away from the ocean to explore the island. We barely used the pool as well. It was just too hard to not be in the ocean.

The condo has everything you could ask for and John has the garage well stocked with beach toys, floats, and paddle boards. I packed a lot of stuff that wasn’t even needed since the condo has so much stocked for you.

We rented a car which took some getting used to with the roundabouts and driving on the right side of the car and the left side of the road, but I would rent a car again. It made getting to the grocery store, restaurants, and hotels so easy at night.

We loved walking to the Marriott almost every night for gelato and/or crepes. We tried Peppers across the street and really liked it there and went and got Burger Shack for lunch and brought it back and it also was really good. There is a Pizza Hut and Wendy’s that you could walk to as well. Along with Craft and Cimbocos. Lots of options if you don’t have a car. We ventured to Camana Bay one night and to the Westin one night for dinner too, but our favorite was the Sunshine Grill at Sunshine Suites. Very casual place with reasonable prices and great food. We went their twice and if we stayed longer would have gone again.

We also did a private charter with Slackem Charters while we were there and went deep sea fishing and to Stingray City which in my opinion can’t be missed. We caught lots of fish and they were also wonderful to deal with.

It was a wonderful week and so relaxing. I would definitely go back to the Caymans and would love to stay at this condo again!

Perfect Place on Seven Mile Beach

I was here this past week with my family and we all really enjoyed our stay. The condo is perfectly situation on Seven Mile beach and looks even better than the pictures inside. Open the doors and you are right on the beach. It really doesn't get much better than this!

The owner, John, was very easy to communicate with and was able to help us by providing a number of items for our baby. He had a pack-n-play, jogging stroller, baby bjourn bouncer, and high chair. There were also tubes and Stand Up Paddleboards for the adults to use which were a lot of fun.

Overall, I'd highly recommend the property. You won't be disappointed. We would definitely stay here again!

A Bit of Paradise

There is nothing bad to say about this property! It's as beautiful or more as it appears in the pictures. Our family of 8 adults felt right at home (we can only wish it was our home). Clean, comfortable, and provides all the essentials needed. Quiet but still plenty of activity steps away. The location and beachfront are perfect!

John, the owner, was very accommodating and responsive to any requests. The helpful island information he provided was spot on.

Sorry to have to leave!! Thanks to all the happy, friendly, helpful islanders!
