Our ground floor, three bedroom beachfront apartment offers a gourmet kitchen, huge patio, 80' 3D flat screen smart television with Sonus surround sound. Elegantly furnished for your air-conditioned comfort, the breathtaking view of Seven Mile Beach is your panorama.

Our spacious master bedroom offers beachfront views from your king-size bed just off of our 400 square foot patio. The bedroom also has a large, walk though closet to a stunning bathroom which offers a spacious double-sink vanity and features a walk-in shower area offering a 14' rain shower head coupled with six body shower heads and a hand and wall shower.

Our second bedroom is stunning in it's own right with its king size bed, large closets and a huge private bathroom offering a full size, freestanding tub which goes perfectly with champagne for two.

All bedrooms offer 40' flat screen televisions and a Sonos music systems.

This condo is immaculately maintained, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing, fun filled vacation. Simon is delightful to deal with and helpful with any questions/request you may have. I would highly recommend this vacation spot on Grand Cayman.

Beautiful condo, great location

Very well stocked, comfortable beds, clean, everything worked (except the hot tub, at night). Awesome location - rental car not needed. I would stay there again. Owner was pleasant and very easy to deal with.

Awesome!!!!

This place is just as advertised! It's clean, right on the beach and has everything we needed. We loved the screened in porch and had all of our meals there and it's also a great spot to enjoy the views during the day or at sunset.

This place is literally right on the beach. Open the back door and your first step is in the sand about 20 more and you're in the water. We had plenty room for 3 young children and one infant. The owner had a pack and play for the baby so that was very helpful. We were able to let the baby nap while being right outside at the beach with her monitor.

The kitchen and living area is spacious, clean and very nice. We were able to walk to a couple local places for meals and also the Marriott resort is right next door.

We had an issue with the dryer going out but the owner had it fixed for us the same day.

Overall, the only tiny flaw I could find was the lack of a sharp knife for use in the kitchen. We loved this place and our time on 7 Mile beach. We will certainly be back and we wouldn't stay anywhere else! Thank you Simon

Just what the doctor ordered.

Perfect getaway destination for our first trip to the Cayman Islands. A big thank you to Simon for his

hospitality. Outstanding location as a base for our week of activities. The beautiful beach was right outside the breezeway door. The 3 bedrooms were very comfortable for 3 couples. The living and dining areas provided plenty of room for all to relax. Our days typically began with a long walk on 7 Mile Beach, followed by a cooked breakfast prepared in the more than well equipped kitchen. The tennis courts were easily accessible and allowed three old jocks to get a bit of exercise on vacation. The washer and dryer were key.

A few of our days were spent relaxing on the beach with good books and good conversation. Otherwise, we were off to golf at North Sound, boating from Camana Bay and dinner at a number of the recommended restaurants.

We would not hesitate to book again. Well done Simon. We'll be in touch.

Excellent property. Excellent service.

We have been going to the Caymans for years and this was our best trip by far due to the outstanding accommodations. Simon was great to work with and made sure we had everything that we needed. The property has the best view of 7 mile beach, a very comfortable screened in porch overlooking the beach, every kitchen item that you would ever need, great pool and hot tub, beautiful grilling area, and a master bedroom that overlooks the beach. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that wants peace and quiet in a beautiful location that is close to great restaurants and Camana Bay. Thank you Simon !!!

Unit # 6 was lovely, right on beach!!!! Condo was great, very clean, had everything you needed, full stocked kitchen supplies, water sports, beach chairs many beach towels. Condo had plenty of sitting room, very large screened tv, screened in porch was great if you have kids, or just sit in and relax, close to all you do not need a car....Simon & Nora were great, greeted us and showed us everything, were very helpful and close by if any problems. Thank you Simon & Nora, WE WILL be back.....
