The is beautifully furnished and was professionally decorated. This home is loaded with 5 large LED and Smart TV's thoughout the home. Home has Super Fast high-speed internet, and come Xinfinity's new service with 1000's of free streaming shows and movies to choose from!, Brand new high-end XL washer and dryer just added to the home. ** Brand New for Fall 2017 Alexa with millons of free streaming music added in the house!** All bedrooms have quality high thread bed sheets, and the house is completely stocked with anything you can think of! We want you to be on vacation and not worry about the little things. This house is loaded with extras. Unlike most vacation homes, we provide almost all of the small convenience items so you can focus on your vacation. We have what we call the 'wall of fun' in the garage to accommodate your outdoor play. Beach & pool accessories provided, to multiple bikes in the garage, golfs clubs & tennis rackets, paddle board and boogie board for the beach. Speaking of the beach we are 4 blocks from the beach, closer that 98% of the island! The house is loaded with Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and beach carts, and beach towels for your use. There is a bike lane on the street in front of the house for use. We provide 4 beach bikes at the house for your use. Are you ready to enjoy one of the best properties Marco has to offer? There is a dock to with fish off with spare poles in the garage , a nighttime fishing light or tie-up a rental pontoon during your stay. Sit in 28x14 ft heated pool with patio table and lounge chairs surrounding. Pool has Northwest exposure which gives you ample sun without overheating you. Beautifully decorated with top of the line comfortable furniture thru out. Master bathroom has a soaking tub & large separate shower.

The yard and landscaping surrounding the pool is full of beautiful tropical plants and palms trees making this vacation home a great tropical getaway!

We have lived on Marco Island since 2012, and love to call this paradise home. Originally we hail from Minnesota, and still go back in the summer to visit friends and family. There is a lot to love about Marco Island. We enjoy the community, boating, weather, beaches, and laid back atmosphere of the island. We currently have our kids enrolled in the local schools on the island and I am a practicing realtor working at Premiere Plus Realty. I have over 20 years experience selling real estate and managing rental properties in MN and Marco Island so if you any questions, ask away!

What makes this house unique

The home is close to everything, you can walk, bike or drive, you choose. The finishes on this house are high-end with top quality furnishings! We try to supply just about anything you might need. This vacation home truly is unique on the island with it being 'updated very nicely', super clean, and having almost everything you could need/want. Bring your clothes and sunscreen!

This was our 1st trip to Marco Island, and it didn't disappoint. We took a chance on this home because in the pictures it looked beautiful. I must say it was more impressive once we arrived. The owners have thought of everything you could want to have at this house. Huge TV's, nice furniture, nice bedding, and accessories they thought of it all.



We were surprised how warm it gets in May, however the Lanai is large and it provided nice shade. The pool was a nice size and fun to lounge in. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking, at the rate we paid this place is a bargain!

This house has it all and it's brand new inside, with all mechanicals new as well! Entire home has natural stone travertine throughout, new cabinets and granite in all areas. Professional decorated with many Tommy Bahama pieces in home this home including bedding. It has that 'Wow' factor that you will love. Come enjoy your vacation in paradise. Close to the beach, bike right out your front door ,house is on water, short drive to everything. You will not find a more complete, cleaner, nicer rental on the island for this price point.

I have never written a review in my life but thought I had to this time. I have rented many homes all over Florida and this house was by far our favorite. Not only is it a lovely house, the owners have thought of everything you could need and provided everything which you would otherwise end up spending time and money going out and buying. It doesn't feel like a rental it feels like a home. and my family all felt really comfortable. John the owner put me in touch with a local boat rental company who done me a deal on a boat for the week and let me keep it at the house. We fished, spent time at some lovely beaches which are not accessible by car

and even watched the eclipse while floating along the Gulf! I can't recommend this house enough and would definitely book again.

Perfect Vacation Home

We couldn't have been happier with this home or our stay. The home is very nicely finished and furnished and is supplied with virtually everything you need for a Marco Island vacation. It is a private and quiet location, but still very close to everything you want to do on Marco Island and a short walk to the beach.

We had more than enough room for the five of us and we made great use of the pool and lanai. The owners were extremely accommodating and provided valuable information about the area. We couldn't have been happier and we will return. Highly recommend to others.

We were very impressed with the house and found it to be in good condition and clean. We found both the indoor spaces and outdoor spaces to be excellent and especially enjoyed the pool. Well equipped with all the necessary supplies. Would return and would highly recommend this property for others.

Very happy

We had six of us stay. Plenty of room in the house for all of us. We all enjoyed the pool when we were not at the beach. Kitchen has enough stuff that we were able to cook for all of us. This home was just like the pictures. We would stay again.

Our tropical retreat is located close to the beach the perfect walk to the white sands of Marco Island. We have a bike lane right in front of the house and we are centrally located to enjoy all of Marco fine restaurants and entertainment options! Our location is closer to the beach that 99% of the home rentals on the island! 2.Cleaning fee of $140 per stay.
3.Any guests over 6, (8 maximum in home will require an additional $25 per day fee per person)
4.The $59 insurance fee can be waived by Damage Deposit buy filling out Credit Card info on my rental agreement I always email you, or including a deposit check of $500. Please call if you have questions.
5. I will accept multiple payments if you call me I will not do them through the site as they do not follow my guidelines.
