it does not get any better than this..

I have been a big fan of VRBO for years.. and this beauty did not disappoint. Newly remodeled, the home was immaculate. it was PERFECT for four adults...a couple and two singles in town for a conference. Fully stocked kitchen, 2.5 baths. All bedrooms on the second floor and plenty of space to hang out and socialize in the living area.

Just three miles from downtown, we could have walked to our conference if we had been so inclined. Location is excellent and neighborhood was nice also.

James, our host, is wonderful. He is most accommodating, available to help but not intrusive. He is full of tips on restaurants, things to do, groceries, etc. If I return to Louisville, I will go directly to his listings....no point to go anywhere else. Cannot recommend enough.. forget the hotel/motel....this is the best!

10 minutes from downtown and a quiet, cozy home

House was perfect for our party of 5. 3 bedrooms gave us the room we needed to be comfortable. Short drive or uber ride to downtown. Kitchen area and living area was great for when we wanted to just relax or cook our own meals. BBQ grill is in great shape if you're looking to grill some dinner. Just a great spot and very reasonable rent rate. Would stay again if visiting Louisville on another trip.

Beautiful home in a great location

Had both sister houses for a week. Great quiet little neighborhood tucked away. Do not let the changing neighborhood around you fool you on your way there. Literally 1-2 blocks away from great food. It's always nice not having to get an Uber/Lyft to enjoy an evening. The host was great, he gave us a nice list of local places to check out. Definitely going to try to come back next year.

Property was all it was represented to be.

This rental worked out well for me, my wife and adult son. Rental is in good repair. Except for some occasional train noise, which was not overbearing, the local neighborhood was very quiet. Had an early Christmas dinner with my family at the rental. It had all of the kitchen equipment that was needed to prepare a great meal. Had dinner at Havana Rumba. A great Cuban-style restaurant. All-in-all, had a very nice time. Would rent this house again.

Centrally located, good access to downtown and highlands area. Great facilities

I met my three sons in Louisville to tour the Bourbon Trail. This house was perfect for our needs. The house is clean and well maintained. James Wallace was very helpful with restaurant information and offering suggestions on things to do or sites to see.
