World Class Ski and Vacation Area

Get excited! You are very close to booking a Stratton Mountain Experience that you will want to repeat many times. Our condo is a comfortable, very nicely furnished end unit in Bear Creek just 1.5 miles from the access road to Stratton Mountrain. We chose this locatioin for its proximity to Stratton, Bromley and Magic Mountain as well as its short drive to Manchester with world class shopping and restaurants.

Our kitchen is modern and well; equipped with plenty of untensils, dishes, cookware etc. There is a full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, 4 burner electric stove, full oven and modern dishwasher along with double coffee maker, microwave, blender, food processer, toaster oven, mixer etc.

There is apartment size washer and dryer (not great for heavy users).

The dining area has a large table with plenty of room for 8 to enjoy meals together.

The master bedroom suite is on the upper level with plenty of room to relax in front of the flat screen, or soak in the jacquzzi tub.

The second private bedroom also has its own flat screen tv. The king size bed can be split to twins if needed. There is a full bath adjacent to the first floor bedroom.

An open den area has a queen size (very comfortable) sleeper sofa that allows for 2 extra guests.

The living room has a flat screen tv, dvd, stereo with surround sound. The unit has cable and wifi. There are movies and games and puzzles stored in the coffee table to make your stay more enjoyable. A field stone wood burning fireplace completes the perfect picture.

Mark, the caretaker will keep the wood locker full and be sure your walk is always clear.

Frank, the shuttle bus driver will pick you up right outside of your door and drop you off right in the heart of Stratton Village during high ski times.

Parking is available for up to 5 cars along with unlimited parking within a 3 minute walk.

Winter time offers world class class skiing, cross country, snow shoeing and tubing

Summer visitors can hang out by the pool, play tennis on our private courts or head off on a hiking, biking or shopping adventure.

My wife and I have been Stratton skiers for over 20 years. We ski almost every weekend from November until April 15. We both have large families and choose to spend time with them during Christmas. We also travel for 2 weeks in February/March. This is prime time for us to share our home.

Great condo, close to Stratton

This condo was more than I expected. Clean, furnished, comfortable and very well maintained. We arrived for a long weekend in Stratton with 4 adults and 2 kids. It was a 2BR with 2 loft areas that the kids loved. The fireplace was stocked with wood at all times. The owner was very pleasant and very quick to respond. He allowed us so stay a little later so we could ski on our last day and head back to the condo to freshen up before our drive back to the city.

The condo had a shuttle service that was literally outside of the condo that took you to the mountain. This was such a huge convenience. I definitely recommend this place and cannot wait to book this again on future trips.

Nice property, great owner, kind caretaker

We stayed in this property for three weeks during summer. The owner is very reliable, helpful and courteous. There's also a caretaker who is very nice and punctual. The photographs of the property and descriptions are all very realistic. We found the property cozy, spacious (though we were only 2 most of the time, we can see that even 6 would not feel crowded), comfortable and user friendly. The owner left a very useful file with lots of information related to the house and the area. He was reachable, as well, when needed. The location of the property for our purposes proved to be very good. There's a small swimming pool in the complex which we used a couple of times. There are also tennis courts that we used to play badminton. It worked really well for us and we'll return next year.

Excellent stay!

The condo was perfect! We were at Stratton to watch my son race in the U14 VT State Championships...and ski. Plenty of room for our family for relaxing, dining and sleeping. The master bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on! Cozy fireplace. Vaulted ceilings. Ceiling fan. Ski closet. Easy kitchen. Some in our family rode the shuttle which was very convenient as they headed to the mt. after the racer and me. It was a quick drive to the mt., although the HUGE snow piles at the Rt. 30/ condo road entrance made exiting pretty scary. That was the only (minor) fault in our stay and downside to SO much snowfall this winter. The owner was a pleasure to work with and the caretaker was very kind. I highly recommend this property! If we travel to Stratton again for a race, we will certainly rent here again.
