The Adagio is a private, gated community with a private exercise room,conference room, hot tub, Infinity pool beach side and large 3 tiered waterfall pool. The condominium is a beautifully decorated 4 bedroom, 3 bath unit with 10 foot ceilings, travertine floors & well equiped kitchen. Maximum of 10 guest excluding children 2 years of age. Master bathroom has a shower and jetted tub. Each bedroom has a TV. There is a gas fire place in the den overlooking the beach. 4 large gas grills on the property. WiFi Internet access. 1 parking space is included in the garage. Handicapped parking is available. No more than 2 vehicles per unit on property. Additional parking available off site. Amazing Condo, Great Location with Beautiful View!

Our stay here was wonderful. The location and amenities of this property just can't be beat. You get 180 degree views of the ocean from the balcony, so watching the sunsets here were spectacular. The moon and stars over the ocean were also breathtaking. The condo is only a few steps from the stairs leading directly out to the sand. This made getting anything we needed during the day really convenient. There are 3 king size beds, so this is perfect for 3 couples or a large multi-generational family. There is comfortable seating for 8 out on the balcony. The master suite overlooks the ocean as well. This condo has everything you could want. The owners were also very responsive to any questions we had prior to arrival. Seaside is only a 5 minute drive away and the beach here is much less crowded. We are already planning our next trip!

It was Beautiful.

We had a wonderful time here. I loved the view and the condo was beautiful. Everyone in my group had there own space and bathroom. The community was very safe and lovely. The owners were a pleasure as well .

Very nice condo.

We were pleased and the condo was nicer than the pictures. A few things missing in the kitchen, (hand held mixer, blender didn't work, and no whisks) but we enjoyed our stay. We would have enjoyed a late checkout but the owners/cleaning lady could not accommodate this during the summer time. We stayed Sunday to Tuesday with flights early in the morning and late in the evening. We had a lot of time to kill upon checkout at 10:00am and flights later in the day. Not the owners responsibility to give us an extra hour or two but would have been nice. Overall the condo was very clean and accommodating for our family and we had a really nice time.

Owner's Response: I'm very sorry for your inconvenience with early checkin and late checkout. Both of these times were explicitly stated in the rental agreement of which the guest signed upon renting the unit. We want our unit ready for each guest and want our cleaning ladies to have plenty of time to adequately clean the unit. These times were discussed with the guest on several occasions. The blender has been replaced. Whisks and a hand held mixer have been added by the guest. Many thanks!

Loved the unit. The most well stocked kitchen and unit that I've ever stayed in throughout the past 30 years. Great location. Beautiful grounds and pools. Comfortable furniture and furnishings in the unit.
