About this property

Beautiful waterfront home, multiple decks, expansive views, private dock, large yard, and more!

Welcome to Bolton's Hideaway!

This renovated waterfront home has it all! Admire gorgeous views of scenic Gun Point Cove from multiple decks including a wrap-around deck on the second level and a private balcony off the third-floor bedroom. This beautiful private lot is surrounded by tall trees with a level grassy lawn, a volleyball net, as well as a path down to a private dock. There are plenty of windows to let in all the natural light and the layout is spread out among three floors with plenty of room for all.

The entrance to the house is on the first of three levels (this is under the outside deck stairs in between the house and the garage). When walking into Bolton's you will notice a full bathroom complete with stand up shower (right). Heading down the hall to the left is the first bedroom with one full size bed and one twin size bed. Continuing down the hallway to the right is another bedroom with a full size bed. Across from this bedroom is the living area. Inside this living area you will see beautiful sliding glass doors leading out onto a lovely expansive deck. Off of the deck are stairs that lead down to Bolton's private dock.
From the first level, head up the stairs to the second level. There you will notice a newly remodeled kitchen complete with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and even a separate wine/beer fridge with a coffee/tea area. The kitchen has plenty of supplies to cook your favorite Maine meal in. Also up here is a large dining and living area, a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, washer and dryer and a bedroom with a queen size bed. The third level has a full bathroom with a tub and shower and two bedrooms; one of which has a queen size bed and its own private balcony looking out the cove, while the other has two twins and a full size bed. Each level has access to the decks through sliding glass doors. The middle floor has all new hardwood floors and cozy furniture. The couches are also pull-outs to sleep additional people if needed.

Conveniently located just 8 miles from Brunswick this home is a wonderful family getaway.

A dream
My husband and i stayed here while we got married in Salem Mass with his parents and siblings and my sister and it was all we could imagine and more. Waking up every morning to that view was like a movie and i never wanted to leave. It was more than we could ask for!

Tranquil retreat
Tucked down a long dirt road the house is on a beautiful section of Orrs Island. The property it self is beautiful and the view outstanding.

Beautiful Place to Hide Away
This is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in my life. I kept pinching myself to make sure it was real. The location feels remote and isolated, even though it is only 8 miles from town. The last stretch of dirt road is quite adventurous ( We broke out in the Indiana Jones theme song every time we had to drive over the bumps) - but don't worry, the road is totally worth it! The house is amazing. Lots of levels, plenty of room, good sized bedrooms, great views. The well appointed kitchen had everything we needed. The one odd thing was the tap water. It was very salty, so if you are stopping in town for groceries, pick up one of the 5 gallon jugs for the water dispenser. This is the kind of place that once you get to, you don't want to leave. So my advice would be to buy groceries for a week and then just hunker down and enjoy the absolute soul-healing beauty of this place.

Great Maine coast location
Beautiful house and location! Everything our group hoped for, easy access for great kayaking/canoeing and very comfortable. nearby Brunswick had everything we needed when we left the house, which was wasn't often. And Your Island Connection (property manager) was great - when the coffee maker malfunctioned, they dropped off a new one the next morning. Great spot!
