A contemporary 75 sq m (800 sq ft) apartment located on the 3rd floor of a privately owned triplex. This unique space, within walking distance of everything, is a fully furnished unit equipped to make your stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

This unique space is fully-furnished 2 bedroom /1 bath unit and will comfortably accommodate 3 people (Note: There is a 3rd person charge of $50 if there is a 3rd person occupying the unit). It’s within walking distance of the downtown core (Eaton Centre) and close to all major attractions.

The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and cable equipped TV for those cozy nights at home. The bathroom is modern and sleek and features both heated floors and heated towel rack.

There are 2 bedrooms. The smaller bedroom (7.5 sq m / 81 sq ft) has a desk and fold-down double sofa bed for those days you need to work at home and for overnight friends. The master bedroom (13.5 sq m / 144 sq ft) has a queen bed and wall-mounted cable TV.

The unit has a small private outdoor terrace.

NOTE: This is a 3rd floor walk-up – there is no elevator. It is NOT recommended if you have a problem with stairs or have mobility issues.

Check-in is anytime after 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00 - later arrivals can be accommodated.

Wonderful hosts ... Nice accommodations reasonably priced .... The only downside was lots of stairs getting up to the unit.. OK for us but anybody with trouble walking might be difficult .

Cozy apartment in a convenient location

We loved our stay at this property! It's a short 10-minute walk to the subway station, which made it easy to get anywhere in the city. After long days of sight-seeing and meetings, we loved coming "home" to this apartment to relax. The hosts had very graciously stocked the kitchen with basics, including coffee, milk, eggs, butter, bread, etc., as well as some local craft beer and a bottle of wine. Phillip made sure we knew where the nearest grocery stores were, and was very helpful in answering other questions about the area. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect spot

The apartments is spotless and very comfortable. It is within walking distance of many attractions and public transportation is also nearby. Our landlord Philip was friendly and informative, meeting us upon our early arrival to get us situated. We were in Toronto during a heat wave and the air conditioning throughout the apartment was a god send.

Overall we had a great time and this quiet refuge in the middle of a bustling city was perfect.

Location, spacious, clean, modern....Loved it!!!

The apartment was as advertised and more. The location was within walking distance to eateries, music, attractions. It was spacious, clean and comfortable with a lovely outdoor space. All the rooms were updated and the kitchen and bath were modern. Lots of brochures and maps of Toronto provided by the guys. Anthony quickly responded to my emails and Phillip met us at the apartment and gave us helpful tips and suggestions. Parking pass was easy breezy. I would highly recommend this rental. Toronto is a great place to visit and we thoroughly enjoyed the music scene. BTW we were there during the Annual Naked Bike Ride. Happened to be in Kensington Market when the naked riders came through. I'm still smiling. Look forward to coming back to Toronto again and would definitely book Phillip and Anthony's apartment. Thanks guys!

Superb apartment

Stayed here for six nights and loved the apartment. It was probably a bit too big for the two of us; we ended up using the spare bedroom more than the living room due to the amount of light coming into that room. The small outside area was great too, somewhere to get some fresh air at any time. Philip was a charming host and helped us obtain a parking permit for the one night we required, and provided a great range of groceries on our arrival. My wife and I love to walk, and we were able to visit everything we wanted in the city without using any public transport. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment and location

We spent a week here and were able to walk to all the destinations we chose to visit. There is subway and bus transportation close by, even took the train to the airport. The accommodations were wonderful, fridge stocked with breakfast essentials, were able to easily prepare meals. The hosts were very kind and answered all of our questions regarding the area. Would definitely recommend a visit.
