Hi, before I begin, the town of Montauk has introduced rental restrictions. there are only 2 one week rentals available per year. all other rentals must be a minimum of 2 weeks or longer and renters cannot be a group of 4 or more unrelated people. So another words, this rental cannot accept groups.

Home features brand new furniture and totally renovated beach home, giant master bedroom, featuring a king bed, queen room, and full room with 2 full size beds,4th bedroom features a full bed and side entrance. fenced in private yard with teak patio set seats min 6, new stainless BBQ grill, off street parking great family neighborhood, bicycle riding encouraged, walk to private beach, TV's in all bedrooms with internet and WiFi, all rooms have usb ports. kitchen has all amenities and wet bar features a beverage cooler large blender and wine rack with glasses, dining room features and table that seats 10 and house also features new central a/c and central heat full size washer and dryer, outdoor private shower with hot and cold water. home is located about a mile to famous gossmans dock and all the delicious restaurants and the fishing docks

Highly Recommend!

We wanted a quiet place near the beach but also close to the town. A few of my friends and I decided to try it and were not disappointed!! it is everything the pictures show and more! everything is new and very clean not to mention very comfortable. We were 2 minutes walking distance from the private beach and 5 minutes to the town. We loved it because it was a quiet neighborhood and had a great backyard to have BBQ's. We will definitely go back!
