This 1br/1ba condo looks onto Wailua Beach, boasts oceanfront and Mountain views, beach just steps away, centrally located and conveniently close to airport, beaches, attractions. Heated pool and tennis courts. One bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms offers great views, comfortable living, full kitchen, one king bed plus one sofa sleeper (sleeps 4 people). Great ground floor location. Perfect for a romantic getaway.

There are very few BEACH FRONT properties in Kauai, just ocean front BUT this condo is a beach front condo, very rare opportunity.

Best beach on the island. Hands down. We swam 3 times a day! There's nothing like a refreshing swim in the Pacific. Best time to swim is right away in the morning. You have the whole beach to yourself and the water is deep. We traveled around the entire island but found that our favorite place to hang out was right at the condo. Can't beat that view. We didn't think we would use the kitchen very much but we ended up cooking 50% of our meals because we liked hanging out there so much. I loved it. It was a wonderful honeymoon and Tarek is awesome...easy to work with. We liked this location best on the island. It's close to everything. In peak season the traffic is bad on the island so if you don't like to sit in traffic I would just plan on relaxing there. We wish we would've done that more! If you're wondering about this place or another, STAY HERE. Outside of the property we liked to go to Wailua Shave Ice. We went there maybe 6 times. The coffee and chocolates on Kauai are good too. All in all, a great experience. One last tip, fork up the extra cash to get a non-stop ticket to Hawaii if you can. It's totally worth it and it can make or break your experience. There are a lot of flight delays in the U.S. winter and you can miss connections. The non-stops get better/bigger planes too. HAVE FUN!!!
Conveniently located with a gorgeous ocean view. The beach outside of our unit was perfect to watch some pretty amazing sunrises and sunsets. The unit was clean and stocked with the all the necessities. We had an evening departure and they allowed us to check out late. The complex was quiet. We knew that we had neighbors, we just didn't hear them. Thank you, Tarek for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. We definitely will return!
An exceptional property in Kauai'i! Located on the Coconut Coast, if you like to explore, this is the perfect spot to access the entire island, north to south. The Lae Nani property is excellent - manicured lawn, heated pool with ocean view, private beach, queen's bath. Truly special. The condo was great. Ground floor access makes it easy to get in and out with your gear, coolers, etc. and the car parking is near. In the front, the lanai opens up to a wonderful combination of lawn and ocean views framed by palm trees and fragrant flowers. The BBQs by the pool are nearby and easy to access. The condo itself is spacious and clean, tastefully decorated, and the tropical breeze from the ocean made A/C completely unnecessary for us. Superfast wifi! The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary and the extra half bath was definitely a big plus compared to similar condos. Last but not least the owner was as outstanding as the condo. We experienced a travel delay and he was responsive and assisted us in every way possible. Excellent ownership, a fantastic property, and a memorable vacation! We'll be back!!!
My husband I and I recently stayed at this condo for our honeymoon and we couldn't imagine a better place to spend it! The condo is in the perfect location, just steps to the sand, and the beach is perfection. We live in Southern California and spend lots of time at the beach, but we both said this beach was our favorite by far. I could swim in that warm water ALL day!
The kitchen has pretty much everything you need and there are tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance. We actually stayed at a nice resort in Poipu for the last 2 days, but we both preferred the condo for countless reasons, including the cost (we spent $300 for food and drinks the 6 days we stayed here and $700 for food and drinks the 2 days we were at the resort)!
When anyone asks my husband what his favorite part of our trip was he always says "just relaxing at the condo." No Joke! We would highly recommend this rental to anyone that is looking to spend some time in Kauai and we can't wait to book our next trip :)
Absolutely perfect condo in every aspect! Close walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We loved swimming in the ocean which was only a few steps out of the backyard. Didn't have to go up or down any steps. We loved playing tennis every day, and jumped in the ocean for a swim right after tennis. We explored the many local restaurants nearby for dinner evernight. We loved the Japanese restaurant Kintaro and the Mexican food at Monico's, both are GREAT restaurants and were only a few minutes walk.
Tarek the owner was very easy to deal with, very helpful and very responsive. Thank you very much Tarek, we're definitely coming back to this magnificent condo :-)
Location, location, location. This property exactly as depicted. Beach is steps outside patio door, but for the record not really a swimming beach. There is a little tide pool that is probably great for kids. There is also a nice pool in the complex. Easy drive to all the other areas of the island.Condo itself is a bit careworn, bits of mismatched furniture and somewhat old, but well maintained. Rained every night we were there at the tail end of the rainy season. The air-flow through the condo is not that good, especially in the bedroom, and without air conditioning it gets pretty humid. Otherwise a nice stay. Owner very responsive and pleasant.
