large living-room, three rooms, two bath-rooms, very nice view on sea and hill

Within the area of the town of Sanary-sur-Mer, holiday house (new) in the countryside of the hills of Sanary within a family property of the size of 10 Acres.

Gorgeous view at the Mediterranean Sea and the hills, all comfort, very peaceful area in the midst of olive trees. Access by fastened country track suitable for motor vehicles.

In 2010 the four star award granted by the prefecture has been renewed.

The holiday house was build in 2005 on the family property which is been bought in 1930 and 10 Acres have been inherited by the owners.

The house is completely isolated has no direct neighbour and the surroundings have been kept very natural.

We live in another house at the same hill a few terrace fields above.

We enjoy welcoming vacationers and share with them the unbelievable beauty, silence and authenticity of the region.

The holiday house has been built in upscale construction with all comfort and it is very pleasant to live here. The adjustment of the house is to the south and every room has a gorgeous view.

On the terrace, 3 mulberry plane trees spend a very fresh shadow and the house itself is very well isolated.

In former times on the property wine and flowers were produced and today the owners produce olive oil.

In spring, February-March, the mimosas and the almond trees give magnificent landscape portraits with the narcissus and anemones that blossom on the hills.

Surroundings, beach access and Sanary centre: The house has a view to the Mediterranean Sea, the Sanary town, the Sicié Cape, and the Six Fours Fort from the hill of our property (pine trees, olive trees and almond trees etc.)

There is no direct neighbour and a lot of space.

Great tranquillity without being isolated. We are separated from the motorway by a hill, therefore there is no visual or sound pollution.

The beaches and the Sanary centre are 3 km away.

You access the beaches without passing through the centre and avoid traffic.

There is a supermarket 1.5 km away from the house; the access is also possible without passing through the town centre.

Rate: We ask the vacationers for the house cleaning at departure 90 Euros.

The owners which are retired had been working before in the industry sector. They live since 1994 on the hill. The holiday house was build in 2005 and is located 150 metres beneath the house where we are living.

Open plan kitchen very well equipped with all comfort, many nice dishes. The back of the kitchen has the dish washer and the refrigerator/freezer, box room with washing machine, electrical distribution and maintenance equipment. Tumble dryer in the large garage, television, CD player, Hi-Fi system, on the terrace, which has a roof protecting from the sun, there is a barbecue with a built in chimney, garden furniture, chairs and armchairs, etc. On the garden's terrace, 3 black berry bushed-plane trees bring a very efficient shadow. You can park the car on the private parking in front of the garden or on the parking in front of the garage, or, in the garage itself.

We are age 65 and 62, enjoy our creature comforts, and immediately felt at home when we arrived at Pierre and Marie Claire's house.

There is a feeling of light and space everywhere. The large living and kitchen area has 3 sets of glass doors out onto the patio. It is comfortably furnished. There is a dining table as well as the breakfast bar, or "pastis and rose bar" as Pierre describes it! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could want.

The 3 bedrooms are all a very good size with plenty of wardrobe space. The beds are very comfortable and linen of the highest quality.

Outside there is a good choice of garden furniture. The villa is situated amongst peaceful olive groves, with wonderful views and sunsets out to sea in the distance.

There is a public swimming pool 5 minutes drive away, with sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, flume and shallow pool for children, as well as the main pool.

From Marseille the best route is to leave the autoroute at the Bandol turnoff J12, and let your satnav lead you to the property. If you are shopping first go on to J14 where there is a massive Champion hypermarket by the sliproad, far better quality and choice than local supermarkets around Sanary.

Market day is Wednesday, very busy, huge jams - avoid these by going by 9am and park just back from the front in the Arnaldi multistory.

Pierre (who speaks good English) and Marie Claire live 50 yards away and are always pleased to help We could not fault this house and have already booked to return next year!

Nous avons séjourné à 7 dans cette belle villa (5 ADULTES ET 2 ENFANTS).Elle est très spacieuse. Elle est très bien entretenue, le ménage était impeccable. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, linge de lit, couvertures, coussins en double. Rien ne manque dans la cuisine, on se croirait à la maison. Le cadre est magnifique. Début mars les nombreux mimosas entourant la villa était en fleur, magnifique. Vue sur la mer. Un havre de paix avec des propriétaires aux petits soins. Une villa à louer sans soucis.

Magnifique endroit. Séjour des plus agréable.

Nous nous sommes rendue sans problème à notre lieu de résidence. Mr et Mme Vuillemin nous ont accueilli chaleureusement. En plus de jolies fleurs garnissaient la table du salon et des confitures maisons nous était offert en guise de bienvenue. La propriété correspondait parfaitement à ce qui était décrit. Propreté impeccable vue splendide dur la mer. Nous avons été trés bien informé pour faire nos emplettes,pour la baignade,les restaurants et les actractions de la région. Selon nos intérêts, Mr et Mme Vuillemin nous ont suggéré des sites à visiter, dans tous les cas nous avons été ravi de ce que nous avons vu. Sans hésitation nous recommandons cette location à la famille comme aux amis.

Vacances idéales dans le Var

Cadre magnifique ( le regard ne cesse d'être attiré par cette vue imprenable sur les Embiez), maison parfaitement entretenue, très confortable et très bien équipée pour 7 personnes, le calme, les plages de sable fin à 4km et toutes les collines alentour à découvrir. Un profond bonheur !

Très bel endroit maison superbe très propre rien ne manquait.Très calme beaucoup d'espace pour nos petits enfants belle vue sur la mer. Les propriétaires nous ont donné de bons conseils.Notre séjour était un peu trop court il nous reste encore beaucoup de site a voir.Donc nous retournerons.

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux avec nos 3 enfants.

La maison est spacieuse, propre, très bien équipée, bien située et au calme! La terrasse est bien équipée, avec assez de chaises longues pour tout le monde!!! Depuis la terrasse nous avons vue sur la mer, c'est très beau! Nous avons d'ailleurs pu assister au 2 feux d'artifice de Sanary depuis nos chaises longues!!!

Monsieur et Madame Vuillemin nous ont reservé un accueil chaleureux ( merci pour les 2 pots de confitures!!), ils sont discrets et à l'écoute.

C'est vraiment une location à recommander! Nous y retournerons!

We are located on the path of La Tourelle which is 4km long between Ollioules and Bandol, in the hinterland towards the hills.

We are on the hill of La Bernarde, in the commune of Sanary-sur-Mer, on the east side of the path, on the Ollioulles side, protected from the motorway by a hill.

The property is 3km away from the centre of Sanary and the harbour and 3km away from the sea.

It is at 110m height on the Sanaray hills, on the hill in front of Le Gros Cerveau.

Although it is in a very quiet location, you are not isolated because the 5 houses constructed on the 7 ha of the family property are occupied all year long.

You can access the beaches on the Bandol's Bay side, without having to pass through the town centre and will avoid traffic.

There are 2 supermarkets at 1.5km away, to go shopping without going into the town centre.

The view is nice and well protected: the sea, the hills, the olive trees, the vineyards.

Golf: The Frégate golf course is one of the most beautiful in France:

The view is magnificent.

An 18 hole course and a 9 hole course + a very nice practice range.
