PRIVATE owner rents self-catering "Apart Sabine HAWAII-33 NERJA" near the famous sandy Burriana beach, in Nerja ( Costa del Sol, Andalusia, Spain, Europe), south facing (sun all day) with beautiful view to the Mediterranean sea. Free Wifi.

Beach and sunbathing lovers will be able to laze in the sun, on the south facing terrace or 4 minutes walk to the Burriana beach or to go to the swimming pool ( in season) with garden and solarium just below the apartment. Perfect location for day trips: Granada, Cordoba, Ronda, Seville, Gibraltar, Málaga, Tarifa... Amenities closed by.

Selfcatering 2 bedrooms apartment of 65 sqm near the sea, very bright, south-facing terrace, living room and kitchen, sunny all day long. Large terrace on the whole width of the apartment and unobstructed sea view.

View to the pool and garden below the building and sea view.

The living room has air-conditioning during summer and heating heat pump for the few fresh nights, a sofa, so total sleeping capacity of up to 4 people. Satellite television, French, English, German, and Spanish. The fully equipped kitchen has vitroceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, an electric coffee maker and kettle, toaster, refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment. Also for your comfort, an ironing board and an iron, a sun umbrella for the beach and a table and chairs for the aperitif on the terrace.

Located in a quiet area. The 2 bedrooms are at the back, so no noise. One has a king size bed (150cm) and the second bedroom has 2 single beds, both have: wall-warbrobe, wall-fan and tableside with lamp.

Garden-solarium with south oriented swimming pool, opened from the beginning of May to the end of October. Easy parking in front and around the residence.

Lovely, modern, clean apt with sea view

This apt was really clean and modern and was very bright with a lovely balcony and sea view. Fully equiped with everything you could possibly need and i really enjoyed my stay. Host (Sabine) was super friendly and helpful and there is a ton of information in the apt to help you in the area and with any trips. The beach is fantastic and less than 5 minute walk. The town is around 15 minutes along the main road or a bit longer if you meander along the back roads. 3 Supermarkets close by and plenty of bars/restaurants by the beach or all long your walk into town. Great flat and a comfy bed! Enjoy!

Great place to stay in a lovely part of Spain

The apartment is very comfortable, light and airy with a great view down to the sea at Burriana beach. It is ideally situated, some 400 MTS or so from the beach and many reasonably priced bars and restaurants. However, it is a bit of a climb back to the apartment but OK if you take it slowly! Unfortunately there is no easy way to walk to the centre of Nerja and it is a steep climb to the roads into the centre.

The kitchen and dining area are compact but well kitted out with views through patio doors to the balcony and the sea. The lounge is comfortable with a good sized TV, but there are only limited programmes for English speakers. The bedrooms are of a good size and the beds very comfortable.

Outside, the pool area is very pleasant and the pool is excellent.

Sabine was very friendly and efficient and had many tips for the area. She made our stay smooth and very enjoyable.

Great Location

We had a lovely sunny week at the apartment and escaped the British weather.

The apartment is well equipped and very clean.

Sabine was very accommodating to our wishes. She is very knowledgeable on local attractions and and speaks excellent English.

Nerja is a wonderful place with a good mix of old and new. We would recommend the numerous Tapas bars in the Old Town.

We visited Alhambra and this was alot quieter (and cooler) out of season.

We would thoroughly recommend this property and will be returning.

Belles vacances en famille

Nerja est une agréable petite ville offrant des jolies plages, un grand choix de restaurants et un centre animé.

L'appartement situé à 15 minutes à pied du centre et à moins de 10 minutes de la plage de Burriana a tout le confort nécessaire pour des vacances décontractées. Situé au 3ème étage d'une résidence calme et bien entretenue il bénéficie d'un balcon avec vue côté mer. La piscine est agréable pour les grands et les petits. Parking à disposition à tout moment.

La propriétaire est expérimentée et tout est bien réglé. Elle connait bien la région et nous a fait bénéficier des ses "bons tuyaux".

Je recommande sans hésitation cette location.

Sabine ist eine herzliche, top organisierte Vermieterin und ihr Appartment im wunderbaren Nerja ein echter Glücksgriff:-)!

Vom großzügigen Balkon aus hat man einen einen großartigen Blick auf das Meer, das in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist.

In Sachen Sauberkeit und Ausstattung blieben ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen.

Zudem versorgte uns Sabine mit vielen Tipps rund um Nerja und war eine zuverlässige Ansprechpartnerin während unseres 10tägigen Aufenthaltes.

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Apartment with nice sea view of the Costa del Sol, in the pretty white village of Nerja, near the nicest beach of the 'Burriana Beach' which caves have been inhabited during the prehistoric period. It became a nice village with the European Balcony perched above the sea and its little alleyways and nice restaurants in the old town. Strategic location for whom wants to visit the big towns of Andalusia, Sevilla, Cordoba and its cathedral mosque, the Alhambra Palace of Grenada, the winter sports station of Sierra Nevada, Malaga and its Picasso Museum, Ronda, Gibraltar, Marbella, Tarifa and its windsurf beaches, the small white villages in the hinterlands, all one-day excursions. Located 55 km from the international airport of Malaga or from its train station. Arrival by the Autoroute du Soleil - Autovia de Andalucia A7, exits 292 or 295.
