The apartment is located on a very quiet street in one of the most typical quarters, with a mix of stately, historic houses, plazas and churches. This part of the city provides a perfect insight of everyday life in Seville, offering a more authentic experience without sacrificing proximity to the major monuments and cultural sights. As for gastronomy, every bar and restaurant in the neighborhood offers a wealth of history for viewing while one enjoys tasting traditional Spanish cuisine.
There is a harmonious blend of Gothic-Mudejar, Renaissance and Romantic architecture right outside your door. It is close to the bus lines and main entrances of the city center, although there is enough within walking distance to keep you busy for days (the Alcazar, the Cathedral, the archeological city remains at the Metropol-Parasol or “Seta”, the old Jewish Quarter, the Santa Cruz pedestrian center, the Riverwalk, the Torre del Oro…).
