Only 2 blocks walk to the Ocean Beach - Rent this charming, cozy cottage, furnished with lovely country wicker, Beach-Hampton, 3 bedroom (sleeps 8), with convertible den, 2 bath cottage, over 1,500 square feet, fully furnished, TV, WiFi, air conditioning (2 zones), fireplace, ceiling fans in every room, great outdoor shower, lounge on the back deck, set on .32 acres of private dunes, shed for bicycle storage.
The 3 bedrooms & convertible den accommodate up to 8 people, (with 2 queen beds and 4 single beds) and 2 full bathrooms. Bedding, linens, towels and beach towels are all supplied. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, all utensils & pots and pans, a clothes washer and dryer. Enjoy your meals in the dining room or on the large outdoor deck, which also has a gas grill.
Relax in the spacious living room. Cable TV and WiFi throughout the house included. Entire house has central Air Conditioning in 2 zones. (Ceiling fans in every room)
The house is just 2 blocks, (a short walk), to the ocean beach in Amagansett. Minutes to East Hampton, Montauk, Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, Southampton, and Shelter Island. For your trips to the beach there are chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and bicycles provided.

This house is a quick walk to one of the nicest beaches in the world! I kid you not. Imagine an exclusive white sand beach with miles of uncrowded shoreline a few hours from New York City. No noisy neighbors, no buses barreling down the street. Beautiful sand dunes you've read about in summer novels. My family had a great time! The house is absolutely charming and well-cared for. There's a really nice deck with a BBQ where we enjoyed grilling and margaritas. The house has rooms and beds enough for 8-10 people, although there were only five of us on this trip. We enjoy site-seeing so we took advantage of the quick access to Montauk and all the shops and restaurants nearby. Everything in the house works perfectly. It's obvious that Barry had the beach in mind when he put everything together. There's an outdoor shower (with privacy) so that we could avoid tracking in sand. Barry is also one of the nicest owners we've ever met. He's responsive and helpful and has lived in the area for decades. He even knows all the history of the famous people who have lived and played here. Enjoy the beach!
My family and I had an excellent visit to this property. The house was cozy, clean and well maintained. Although the weather was still cool we still enjoyed the beach. The beach was not crowded and a short two block walk from the house. Beautiful dunes! We made a fire on the beach most evenings and enjoyed sitting on the back deck. We used the grill a lot. The owner was very pleasant and excellent to work with and helpful. Location was great as we were close to Montauk and other towns. Terrific house. We plan to rent again here every year!
Perfectly situated right off the main strip but, an easy walk to the beach even for my little ones. Barry (owner) was very friendly & helpful with directions, places to site-see & eat, and all house amenities. A piano was a surprise and we played music and sang. Bikes, chairs, deck, outdoor shower were all clean and the stay felt very private due to the vegetation. A ramp was constructed for wheel chair access (front/rear) and that came in handy for pulling the beach wagon to the outdoor hose to spray off sand before going in the house. Centralized local for Sag Harbor, Hamptons, to Montauk site-seeing. Good food and night-life not far from house, too.

Tenant shall comply with all laws and ordinances of the Town and/or Village respecting group occupancy, orderliness, cleanliness, preservation, and use of the Premises. Landlord agrees that if Tenant pays the rent and is not in default under this Lease, Tenant may peaceably have, hold and enjoy the premises for the term of this Lease.
