Completely updated downtown apartment that is all about the location! If you want to be in the heart of the Town of Jackson, it doesn’t get better than this. Just one block off of Town Square, walk to shopping, bars, restaurants, galleries, theaters, and everything else downtown Jackson has to offer.
The apartment is a third-floor walkup in a mixed-use residential and office building, with two reserved (off-street) parking spots. There are two bedrooms (both brand new Queen beds) to sleep four people, sharing one recently updated bathroom. You can also rent the apartment next door (same layout) to sleep 8 people.
Wifi and Cable TV is provided. Please know that there is no elevator, and no washer/dryer or dishwasher.
The apartment is five blocks to Snow King Resort and access to the public START bus is just two blocks away. The START bus offers convenient service throughout town (free) and to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort ($3). The Jackson Hole Airport is 15 minutes away.
The owners work in the building and live nearby, and are happy to answer any and all questions about your stay in Jackson Hole. We look forward to welcoming you and hope that you enjoy your visit!
Our family has lived in Jackson Hole since 2000 and love calling this special place home. Neither of us ever thought we'd stay here long term, so we always warn visitors that they might be caught by the Jackson-bug as well!

I've lived in Jackson Hole since 2000 and we have owned this building since 2007, renting out the commercial spaces to my Mortgage Brokerage company, a Law Office, a Spa/Hair Salon, along with four residential units. The building is unique - there's nothing else like it downtown - and the location is unparalleled.
The apartment is in the lodging-overlay, so it is legally rentable to short-term guests (which is unusual in Jackson). The building has received approval from the Town, meeting current fire safety protocols, and is registered to accept short-term renters (which is also why we charge the lodging tax). License #6561-16.
Perfect location for enjoying downtown Jackson. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We will recommend this property to friends visiting the area.
We loved staying here! The location is perfect! You can walk to the town square! Instructions are clear and accurate, we had no problems finding or accessing the apartment! It was clean and nicely decorated! The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils and we made good use of it all! It's a comfortable home and the beds were comfy! The stairs are no joke in that high elevation, but we managed!
We only had two concerns/complaints: The last night we were there, around 1am, someone was trying to open the front door. We were 4 women and it freaked us out! Not sure what that was about. Also, we had to strip the beds on the last day and put all our linens and towels in the bathtub, which wasn't an issue. But when my cousins stripped their bed, there was a nasty blood stain on the mattress pad of their bed! They were disgusted to think they had been sleeping on that the whole time we were there!
My group of 4 stayed at Andy & Carolyn's apartment for a few days while visiting Jackson & the Grand Tetons. The apartment - on the 3rd floor of an office/apartment building - was in a great location to the downtown Jackson Hole area. We were able to walk wherever we need to go in Jackson Hole from their place. Additionally, the apartment was only a short drive from the Grand Tetons, making it very easy to get around during our trip. The apartment itself was very comfortable, clean & easily fulfilled our needs. Andy & Carolyn had great communication with us before and during our trip. We were happy to stay at their apartment & would recommend it!
I stayed here with my family at the end of a 9 day trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton. After staying in the lodges we were ready to spread out a bit and have some town-life mixed in with all our hiking. This apartment really fit our needs-- it is much more spacious than it appears in the photos with plenty of room for a family of four and it had everything we needed from a well equipped kitchen to a comfortable communal room. Best of all, it has off-street parking and is right in the heart of town, an easy walk to coffee shops, restaurants, the children's museum etc. but also allows for a quick drive back to the Tetons. It was also spotlessly clean and nicely decorated. We all agreed that we would happily stay here again!
Perfect location , good parking , short walking distance to downtown Jackson. Weather was warm when we stayed there and with property on upper floor it did not cool off until late evening ( no AC in unit). Since you are close to town, you did have some peripheral neighborhood noise at night. All things considered it was a great value for price
