Come and enjoy Rundle Cliffs Lodge in award winning Spring Creek Village, just a short walk away from Main Street Canmore.

Our modern, bright south facing unit is the perfect mountain getaway for families with children, for a group of friends or as a couple’s retreat.

Our two bedroom, two bathroom 1200sq.ft. condominium is just a 5minute walk from the heart of downtown Canmore . The buildings are secluded between two small creeks with a beautiful boardwalk winding over the creek and surrounded by the stunning Rocky Mountains. No traffic, no noise just perfect peace and serenity.

With all the high end finishes of a boutique hotel plus all the away from home necessities, this is a perfect spot to unwind with family and friends.

The most beautiful view of the Three Sisters Mountains is on full display from the picture windows.

A fully equipped kitchen, all stainless steel appliances and granite counter with bar seating for 4 and a dining table seating 4 makes it easy for family meals. Leather couches, river rock fireplace and flat screen TV plus plenty of family puzzles and board games means even unfavourable weather doesn’t mean you can’t snuggle down and have fun.

Each bedroom has high-end, quality linens, down duvets & the bathrooms a deep soaker tub and two glass showers.

There is an infant’s travel cot & toys and an adult’s (camping) cot for a last minute extra guest.

The ground floor condo has a large patio with 4 adirondack chairs looking onto the most spectacular views surrounded by lovely landscaping.

The building has a well- equipped gym, an outdoor, year round hot tub and underground heated, secure parking. The entire building is heated using geothermal technology & the condo has radiant infloor heating. A washer/dryer is also in the unit.

Complimentary Bike rentals are available on site on a first come, first serve basis. Great way to enjoy the endless bike path network.

National Park Vehicle Pass is included for your convenience!!!!

We are a family living in Calgary who love being close to the mountains. We like to ski, hike, bike and generally enjoy all the Rockies and the amenities of Canmore. We love to travel ourselves and experience other cultures and locations but always look to relaxing retreats in Canmore.

We bought this property after having visited Canmore numerous times. We are hoping to share our love of the Rockies with our 2 children and think it will be a great place for family vacations and a place for the kids to experience nature and outdoor recreation. We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do.

What makes this condo unique

We really love the location of our condo; it allows you to enjoy the town without needing to use a car. Having the shops a short walk on the boardwalk means you do not have to plan ahead, and you can go out and enjoy an evening meal or night at the pub with a short walk home. The ground floor location is a tremendous plus, it provides easy access to a larger patio area within a private setting allow us to enjoy the view, especially while the kids are able to play outside a short distance away. The Spring Creek Mountain Village is a development like no other in Canmore. It's a master planned community with great amenities for residents and guests of all ages.

Comfortable, clean and amazing view to mountains

We loved staying at this condo for our Canada vacation. It is super close to town and a great central point for all sorts of hiking and sightseeing. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We would stay there again if we go back to the area. Owners quickly responded to any questions we had. A bonus to have the park pass, so that we didn't get charged each time we went into park areas. A great place for just a couple, a family, or even a group of friends.

Stunning views, wonderful proximity and all the am

Our family (kids 11, 8 and 5) stayed in Canmore for a week and we're lucky to call this condo "home" . It provided us with all the amenities of home, access to town with a scenic walk and gorgeous views of the Three Sisters. The ground floor allowed the kids to come and go as the playground was so close.

I would like to thank the homeowners for sharing their condo and being so quick to assist with any questions that we had.

This was an unforgettable vacation for all!!

Only thought is perhaps some umbrellas in front closet ( we had all our rain gear ) but sometimes you just needed a little shelter.

Lovely condo with a magnificent view

This is a beautiful condo unit, with many nice touches, all in perfect condition. The view of the Three Sisters mountains from the porch chairs is spectacular. The parking garage, clothes washer and dryer, outdoor gas grill are all very nice extras. We highly recommend it.

Wonderful condo in a fantastic location!

We planned our vacation for the Banff area, and the condo in Canmore was just perfect. Only 20 minutes away from Banff, with so many great things to see. The town of Canmore is a very nice, quaint town and the Main Street is walking distance from the condo, with a great boardwalk.

The condo unit was very nice and clean, and had everything we needed...comfortable living room with views of the mountains, kitchen with all the things you needed. You can tell the owners are very thoughtful in making the unit feel like a home away from home. Thank you!!

We had a great Summer vacation, and we will definitely be back. We highly recommend this condo unit!

1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4 P.M. local time AND CHECK OUT IS 10:30 A.M. local time. Early check-in and late check-out only if previously arranged

2. This is a NON SMOKING condo unit. Pets are NOT PERMITTED.

3. DAMAGE DEPOSIT- of $250 CAD will be secured when booking and returned within 7 days after inspection that no damage has occurred other than normal wear and tear, no undue cleaning is necessary, or the electronic key, Park Pass, or other items have been returned. Charge for lost or damaged card keys is $70 (please be careful with the card keys as even small cracks make them inoperable). Charge for lost Park Pass is $150.

4. PAYMENT – Only accepted on online secured booking site via the this site.

5. CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations within one month of arrival date will forfeit full payment.

6. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to 5. Unit sleeps 4 with a fifth on a camping cot.

7. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. There is a washer & dryer in the unit as well as a coin laundry in the building. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the unit.

8. MINIMUM AGE – contact person listed above must be at least 25 years of age or at the discretion of the owner.

9. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretence will be subject to forfeiture of rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

10. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing (email) in advance.

11. PARKING: 1 underground parking stall, Stall 108 as well as street parking. Garage door clearance 7'3".

12. SPORTS EQUIPMENT:is not allowed in the unit must put in garage storage.
