About this property

This self-contained Annex is situated in a beautiful garden and makes an excellent base for a relaxing break or for visiting the many attractions in Bath, Bristol, the Cotswold, Somerset and beyond. The Annex has been fully renovated and totally refurnished to a high-specification in 2013. It is situated in a rural setting and surrounded by public footpaths, yet only 10 minutes drive from the Park and Ride to Bath and Bristol and the M4. It would take you 20 minutes to drive to Bath and Bristol . It is therefore conveniently situated to visit this beautiful region. The village of Wick is a short walk away and has a small supermarket and local shops as well as pubs.
The Annex has a double bedroom, a bathroom with power shower, a well-fitted a kitchen, with dining area and a comfortable sitting-room with TV and DVD.
Outside is off road parking for one car and a sitting area for outside drinks and meals. The Annex makes an ideal retreat for a perfect holiday.

Perfect location and lovely property

We couldn't have asked for more, warm and cisy, extremely comfortable bed, all appliances and facilities you could need and really well located for both Bath and Bristol. There's also a lovely pub in the village where we had an excellent Sunday roast, and loads of lanes and footpaths to explore all round the property. We hope to come again.

Excellent base for Bristol/Bath short break.

Exceptionally well maintained and well equipped property. Friendly and approachable hosts who are on site but not at all intrusive. Easy access to sites and amenities around Bristol and Bath.

Great stay;

Very cosy accommodation, with wonderful gardens all around. Very handy for visiting lots of interesting places, including Bath city centre. The hosts were very welcoming and included a lovely welcome basket of their fresh eggs, cake and fudge, with a bottle of milk in the fridge. The location is rural and beautiful, but you have to drive to any shops or eating places.
